The office staff and appointment bookers are completely incompetent. They had to reschedule me twice because they didn't know what days the office was open or what hours. I thought the third appointment was a go after they confirmed my appointment the day before, but later that same afternoon they called and informed me that they were not taking any new patients with my dental insurance even though they knew what insurance I had when I first scheduled the appointment. I love Dr. Lauch he has been the best Dentist I have been to. Where this company lacks is in their scheduling and customer service! 3 months ago I took the afternoon off to go get 2 teeth extracted, as we were pulling off the freeway I received a call that my appointment was canceled because I needed to see an oral surgeon and I was given the phone number. I then called and scheduled a consultation for today (2 months later) today I call and am told they have no appointment for me so now I will have to wait until one day... read more
Do NOT take your child, hell even yourself to see a single dentist here. I took my 4 year old son here in December to have a filling done on his front teeth. They put him to sleep and capped those teeth. Then they pull me in and say “oh! He needs 7 more”. They do those and I notice the capped teeth look huge. I point it out and they say “it’s just swelling it’ll go down”. No. It never did. My son looks like a beaver. A complete waste of time! Went it because of sensitivity in one tooth. They wanted to do xrays of all my teeth to help with improving my smile. I had to insist I was only there for one tooth so I only needed one xray. Then the dentist talked to me and I explained the problem I was having with my tooth. He sprayed some canned product on a q tip to get it cold and started touching on my teeth to check for sensitivity. I wasn’t completely amazed by my appt I had. I came in for a clipped tooth and a normal cleaning….was there for TWO hours and only got X-rays, a consult on braces and was told how bad my teeth were and I needed more crowns…when I asked for the teeth cleaning, the gal told me that I needed a deep cleaning and there was only ONE dental hygienist that does that and they were booked for the day, I wish I was giving an option and was told that when I waited in the room for more than an hour, I was on a lunch break thinking it wou... read more

No good Charge to the insurance and never did the job
The girl answering the phone is absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. Bright Smile, you should be ashamed to have someone like that answering the phone. I’ve heard from other “patients” who go there and they have said the same thing. Absolutely appalled. This is the first experience when anyone tries to make an appointment? I am totally surprised your business is still operational

This location is absolutely ridiculous! TWO weeks in a row now my children were scheduled for exams & cleanings. And TWO weeks in a row we arrive for their 8am appointments to find the office closed!! I received no phone call, message, NOTHING!!!! My daughter is scheduled this coming Monday for braces at this same location, and her teeth aren't even prepped and ready for them like they SHOULD BE!!

Terrible patient care from the dentist. Worst at management of patient scheduling. Having a Dentist get sick and having to reschedule is one thing, having a patient come in for the rescheduled appointment only to wait around for nearly an hour before being told they were too short staffed and needed to reschedule a second time is just really unacceptable. I made the appointment out of medical necessity but the service did not get any better from the dentist. I would not recommend.
