Last December I had the very worst experience imaginable getting two caps done. After much haggling with my insurance company and the dentist office I was finally brought back to repair lousy dental work. Having said that the new dentist was the utmost in care and professionalism. If the fit on the permanent cap is as good as the temporary I will be very happy.
Fire your check in person. Hire another dentist 4 months is to long for an appoionment

Instead of cleanings every six months it’s more like once a year. I like the hygienist, but when you come in they insist on a mask when there is no one else in the lobby and of course I’m there for them to work inside my mouth, so there’s that as well. After two years of wearing masks, just when are they supposed to start working? My personal opinion is that if masks worked, they would have worked. What a waste of my time I came in for a cleaning and got a check up With a lot of X-rays and 2 minutes of seeing the doctor then viewed the bill $845.00 For nothing what a ripoff I would not recommend to anyone Thinking about switching myself Thanks for listening Dennis Mc Dowell

I would not go back to this place if you paid me $1 million. This place is horrible they treat patients like you’re stupid and retarded. The entire staff needs to go to counseling. Just a horrible place to do business with. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Obviously the dentist thinks she’s better than anybody else and knows everything.

the first thing is you guys need to stop taking temperatures nobody does that anymore. and you need to make sure that your your staff is vaccinated and if they're not then they should be the one wearing the mask not the vaccinated people. and they can't seem to keep dentist or hygienist so maybe you should work on that.

In short - a complete mess. My father has been waiting on a parcial that was promised, bought and paid for in July. We decided to go with Bright Now Dental because they promised us everything would be completed in a month. Every week when we can finally reach someone, sometimes it is by going to their office in person, 1 out of 10 times they actually answer their phone for existing patients.
