I had my appointment for two months and I went in there did my x-rays the hygienist looked at my teeth and left and then the dentist came in and she said I have very good teeth very little plaque for being a year because of Covid I hadn’t gone and then she said OK will get your cleaning and she went on to someone else and the hygienist came back in and he said well I’m recommending a deep cleaning and I said I’m not prepared I didn’t take Tylenol before I came which I always do can you do a regular cleaning and he said no an... read more
Dentist very rude, she didn’t do it my general cleaning; but did scale cleaning without my approval and I had to pay on my way out $150.00 by surprise. This treatment was done on my husband.

Went to my appointment for an exam and xrays with the $39 coupon for that service because i had some bonding to came off a tooth which is in the back just wanting to get a price for a filling refused to do just a filling they priced me almost $2000 for a crown that i did not need i thought it was strange because every individual walking through the doors were scheduled for crowns i worked in the dental field to know they are telling the patients they need more costly procedures please please dont waste your time or money at... read more
They try to upsell you. Could not explain what ‘extra’ she would do for the extra cost. When you decline the upsell the actual service provided was lousy. My technician did not spend the time usually allocated for the service provided.

Friendly at beginning. Lack of information and instructions on what to do after surgery. Didn’t provide clear information on charges. Took payment rudely. It felt like a drive thru. They took your money and the friendliness and care was gone.

I will never go back to this dental office, service was bad , very bad
Trying to see the pediatric dentist is a nightmare. Twice we went for scheduled appointments for a 4 year old that needed dental work and required a lot of prep to get the courage to go. Twice after arriving they couldn’t keep the appointment they scheduled because 1. The pediatric dentist doesn’t actually work on the day they scheduled. And 2. When we were scheduled on the day she actually worked she was “behind” and couldn’t see him - needing to reschedule. I would not recommend this place to anyone that has teeth. Worst e... read more
