My family and I have been going to Bright Now Dental for some time, 2019. After today, we're done. This was the first time I've been late to an appointment, 11 minutes. It's not their fault that I'm coming from 49.2 miles away.... but 11 minutes? OK, let's review... on not one, not two, but three different occasions we confirmed and drove the 49.2 miles only to be told that our appointments were canceled..... Absolutely ridiculous! My family started going to this location almost two years ago. They were absolutely amazing the staff was great then all of a sudden boom it went down hill fast! No communication no respect nothing. My 16yr old started doing braces there. Him and his doctor had a very steady plan! In the time of his checks his doctors were changed a few times his normal doctor left! Was quoted one price on the phone for a replacement retainer and when I showed up and picked the retainer up it was more expensive. They wouldn’t honor the price they quoted on the phone.

I only have one issue and that is communication. Ai asked if I could get my teeth cleaned and she said yes. I sat in the chair for 20 min waiting for her to come in and finally left, Someone should have told me she was working on someone else and given me the option to wait or resechedule

I never had a feeling you’re just talking to people and you know they’re not listening this is totally chaos I cracked a tooth really bad I was running out of my head the pain is in my joints my toes my vision everything hurts it’s infected I need a distraction man I told that to them right out front don’t have insurance I pay out of pocket whatever just take the tooth upon arriving in filling out paperwork I ended up buying an $80 plan for some other bogus nothing. They have very poor time management. We showed up promptly 15 minutes early for my sons appointment and they took him back over an hour late. We will not return.

It was the first time my experience was a bit off. My wife and I felt a bit brushed off and rushed during our visit in 7/22/21. With weekends also not available, it’s a bit confusing to be advertising it on their wall and responding with no accountability.
