doctor is rude, compare to the previus one and kept me waiting at the dental chair closed to one hour.
Rip off and scam. Won’t call insurance to get proper procedures done. Absolutely refuse even though told by insurance company that needs to happen to secure services. Even had referral note outlining situation. No issues when scheduling on phone. In person 180 degree turn RUN DON’T WALK AWAY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT TO SUCK MONEY FROM YOU. UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP WHICH WOULD PUT THE MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS WILL NO CARE OF LITTLE AMOUNT OF EFFORT. IF YOU WANT. TO HAND OUT MONEY THEIR YOU LOCATION
My daughter had an appointment yesterday, 7/8/21 for a routine teeth cleaning. Since I had to work I had my mother take her like she usually does for her appointments when I’m at work and can’t. When I got off of work I asked my daughter how her teeth looked and how she felt and she told me that her and her grandmother waited two hours in the waiting room to be told that they needed me in the office and present in order to get her teeth cleaning done and that the bill would be over $200. Front desk lady was not pleasant. She was unable to fully tell me what procedure was being done but wanted me to sign papers. This was after my last appointment was canceled and then I received 3 phone calls in one day to change my appointment time. This is my 2nd attempt in 1 year to find a new dentist since we moved here. Not sure what’s going on in Green Valley AZ but it’s hard to find a good dentist and medical drs!!!😕
Too bad they made me choose one star. It should be ZERO!! My daughter had a horrible experience at Bright Now on Black Lake. They did a crown on one of her teeth which failed as they had not completely removed the decay in the tooth prior to putting on the crown. Bright Now had to re-do it. A short while later it started causing the same kind of pain as before. Recommendedmy appointment was at 11:50 for a routine check up. was not seen until a hour later, ended up leaving without a cleaning because the Dr was going to lunch. extremely disappointing.
I had all my top teeth pulled Wednesday 800. It's now 415 Friday and they told me they didn't come in. I'm healing without it. And what is so bad is i saw for myself with the other lady that they were already there they just didn't have time for me.
I was a patient for years and an emergency happened with my tooth. I called to schedule an appointment and there was no dentist available. They also could not give me an appointment at another office because they are over booked.
They wanted me to pay for all services up front and then when my insurance paid them, they would refund me the difference. Will they pay me interest on my money???? Never heard of such a thing until dealing with them Kinda like an ambulance wanting you tp pay before they rush you the hospital. I have great insurance but they would not do anything to relive the pain. Very poor business busniess
