Terrible service within the same week (appointments were both Monday & Tuesday). Made an appointment at 3:40p on Monday and I didn't get seen until 4:32p for x-rays then placed into a different back room to get a cleaning. For the cleaning I wasn't seen until 5:05p finally out the door by 5:55p! That's ridiculous!! Tuesdays appointment wasn't any better. I called and asked if you took two year olds and you said yes. After the dentist half heartedly looked in my crying boys mouth , like it was impossible, she told me one of his teeth was corroding. I already knew that and got the black stuff on his teeth to slow the process. Then I was referred to a child dentist. There was no point in coming in, I don’t know why you said you took children when you didn’t. It was such a hassle for nothing.

I have bad experience with hem .. Unprofessionals ! I don’t trust them after they say my treatment is been complete .,.. I found out they never did what they should ! after I found out they want me to get another treatment same expensive since the beginning.. The way I found out ! is because I still feel a cavities and I have to point it where ..! I won’t come back again .. Also since the beginning they send me a bill for depth clean,which never did ..the only take x-rays and I pay for it at the counter ..
I spent 490 for my teeth to be whiten and I’m so disappointed because I didn’t see any difference at all. And the lady who did my teeth whitening was rushing. Only did 3 Session out of 5. NOT GOING BACK FOR ANY DENTAL PROCEDURES.
Made three appointments for my family members for simple teeth cleanings and all three appointments got messed up. For my spouse he was told he was supposed to get a deep cleaning, but I didn’t ask for that type of appointment. One of my kids needed a cleaning and was put in as an emergency appointment,so no cleaning was done. My other kid got an ortho (braces) consult and no cleaning was done. I am now looking for a new dentist that can make and keep the appointments that I need to have done.
