When scheduled for an appointment I’m never taken back at my appointment time. I’m never told the correct billing for my services and because they have horrible billing each visit I pay a ridiculous amount with no option for a payment plan or to split my payment.

Ernesto is totally incompetent!!! I gave him new insurance co. info on 7/2 because the procedures needed pre-authorization. My appt. was for 7/23. I called today to get my new quote and he told me he “neglected” to send in the forms. NEVER apologized. Offered to give me MY insurance phone # and said I should call and see what could be done. I was also informed I had to have my root canal done by their Endodontist and crown by their general dentist which would end up costing me more money out of pocket. Worst experience ever! Receptionist were very nice the woman Lynda is her name she did my X-rays was so rude she never said hello and would not even said a word to me I had to tell her to tell me what to do because I was not able to guess when she was sticking the cable in my mouth. The person that did the cleaning I don’t think they did anything at all! I waited 2 hours for them to clean my teeth for 3 minutes!!! Nobody came to tell me anything about the wait or if I was ok!! I have to agree with the other reviews I've seen that this practice is all about revenue. We had no problem getting seen before committing to braces but once the money was paid and the braces came on it has been a nightmare getting seen. We were told to expect appointments every 4-6 weeks. After application the doctor told us to come back in 6 weeks, went to reception and she said he's booking for 11weeks out and she didn't know why he told us that. Cupboard doors falling off. Room for consultation had mildew all over carpet plus tape holding a cover on to something. Afraid may catch something very unhealthy looking

I didn’t like talking to the 800 number to get an appointment at the local office. I scheduled for a dental cleaning and got an exam. The doctor suggested deep cleaning because of bone loss at the gums. When I went to schedule at the front desk. They couldn’t get me in for the procedure for 4 months.

I had made an appt after not being to a dentist in about 7 years due to debilitating depression/anxiety and disabilities which kept me homebound. This is the only place my horrible insurance (caresource) would cover & I drove an hour to be treated like crap. All the other staff is great, hygenist was completely understanding of my situation. However Dr. Loiy Alshami (the name the office gave me) was incredibly rude and uncaring. I brought in my 8 year old son to have a tooth extracted. It was my son's first time having any dental procedure done before- he was scared. Dr. Ted Hughes berated my son and repeatedly told him to stop crying. Dr. Hughes behavior is unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. Children are patients too and my son did not deserve the treatment he was given by Dr. Hughes. I am extremely disappointed and we will not be coming back to Bright Now Dental of Tukwila.

Took three tries to get the guard right. Billing was a nightmare from the beginning, quote was ”wrong” on the day of service, then it took them 7 months to balance bill me. So the quote was wrong two times. I asked for details of the extra charges and they said I needed to contact my insurance company. Never again. Nice people in the office but it doesn’t make up for this mess.
