I had an awful experience with both the office and customer service at this location. After the ortho consult I had to call several times asking for pricing. They quoted me full price because they had me as a "cash patient" when I used my insurance for a check up literally an hour before the ortho consult??.took a week for the quote via phone.I was told by phone it would be $1700 then when I called back to get that printed I could only call when vanessa was there for a print out...then when I finally caught her between days ... read more
Because of the lack of communication between your offices I was referred to your office a Buckeystown for a specialist they had no idea who I was why I was calling it just makes you look unprofessional

I’ve been thinking about this for a while: last year in January, I went to a Bright Now Dental location in Fort Collins to get molds done for my teeth so I could get a new retainer. Years ago, I got Invisalign from the Bright Now Dental in Aurora & had no problems. So when I went to the one in Fort Collins, I expected the same quality service. Not only did they overcharge me by over $200, I have to get the root canal redone as they did not clear the infection and I am having issues 6 months later!

Took 18yr old son to the appointment. New patient and first time there. Day one: went to the dentist in Belden Villiage Mall. Got to the appointment 20 minutes early. Was told to fill out a paper. Which we did. Was told there’s more pages it to and to finished filling it out. Told receptionist didn’t know that. Receptionist said it happens all the time. worst experience. I left crying. Dr Jabaji numbed me for a tooth filling, left for 40 minutes to work on another patient and she came back and asked if I was still numb. I stupidly came back a 2nd time for another filling and she did the same thing. unfortunately this time when she came back I was not still numb and could feel everything. she had to numb me again and even poked me under the tongue...she waited not even 2 min and started drilling. once again, I could feel everything but just dealt with it because I was tired... read more

Reception is awful. Husband went to a routine appointment years ago and waited for 30 minutes to be checked in before he left because no one was there to check him in. Only to be referred to this place again recently. The sucky service clearly has not changed. I have been trying to make him an appointment for over a month to get his wisdoms removed. All we get told is we need to schedule with Stephanie and she is NEVER in the office and NEVER returns any calls. Knowing dang well he is in pain and needs them out!!!!

Went on Saturday 1/9/21 for appointment. Wait time not bad in area, but took quite awhile when taken back. Staff was very nice, but after waiting 3 months to get in, the dentist telling me before I left teeth look great and how to use the sensitive toothpaste, go to check out and asked when I wanted to schedule my filling.
