WORST dental practice experience in my 52 years. Winter Garden FL office, Beyond unprofessional! Read the reviews people, I sure wish I had, so many around the country with similar issues. Over a year ago I made an appointment for exam x-rays and cleaning. I had checked my crappy insurance beforehand so I knew what was covered and not. So upon arrival, this place is new and state of the art but in a massive, very busy strip mall with terribly inadequate parking. Very terrible , I never had fear going to a dentist before I went here , they didn’t even swab me with a numbing agent before they injected the lidocaine in my gums , I felt everything , had to stop in the middle of the procedure because it hurt so bad and I swore when it was happening and the dentist told me if I swear again I had to leave . Most terrible dental experience I have ever had

After I had a horrible, pretty much traumatizing experience at Aspen Dental. I called Bright Now Dental to get a second opinion. And thank god I did. From the moment I walked into Bright Now Dental they treated me with such kindness and respect. The entire staff - from the receptionists, dental assistants and to the dentist, every single person treated me with compassion and took the time to explain everything to me. In Lorain, OH. Worst dentist ever. Took my daughter in to have teeth removed. She was scared, instead of calming her down he yelled at her. Told her to put her hand up if she felt pain but couldn’t because she was held down. Then just outside the door where she could hear him he called he a crybaby to his assistant. Then instead of explaining to me what happened they rushed me out of the office so as to not make a scene for the other patients to hear, I had to hear from my 16 year old daughter. It all started when my insurance company wanted to verify my dental office choice. The phone kept going to a after hour phone message. They tried many times and finally said they would continue to call. On my appointment day I waited for an hour and 20 minutes in the waiting room. I finally asked what was going on. They said they had to verify with my insurance. I told them that I tried to do this ahead of time but the insurance could not get through. I finally got X-rays.
