Today my grandmother went to this place for her appointment at 1pm. The manager was unprofessional and disrespectful and acted with prejudice towards my grandmother. When my, 74 year old, grandmother asked if she could sit down and call for a ride inside the building, the manager told her to get out and call for the ride outside and to wait there. Not yesterday,. that wasn’t my normal gal that cleans my teeth, the one yesterday seemed real aggressive and was applying a lot of pressure and poked my gums a lot. I told her to ease up wtf. But I just loved the gal that took the x-rays and did the polishing. She was real Funny.

Worst experience ever! Do not go here. I have Medicare with Delta Dental which I pay for. It included an x-ray and cleaning. After the X-ray I waited in the room for the hygienist. She came in and I figured she would proceed with my teeth cleaning. No She talked to me for a couple minutes and took off. The dentist came in. I told him I came for a cleaning. He talked to me about my X-rays and gave me a bill for $900 and said I need to get additional work done. HE REFUSED TO CLEAN MY TEETH and told me not to come back!!! Like... read more

horrible. Cookie cutter dental care. My wife had first cavity of her life at 45 yrs old, they filled and it fell out, then fell out again. After their 3rd filling, face swollen and a lot of pain... they say you need to see family Dr. Really? No issue with teeth until went there.

Bright now is the most unorganized facility I’ve ever been too. They’re always running late and they over book. The doctor runs behind constantly and don’t care if they have a parent sitting there for 3 hours. They are inconsiderate of peoples time. I will not be back.

My son went here and the dentist was a jerk. This is supposed to be lower priced because it's like a Medicaid office. They actually quoted him triple the price of a regular dentist that he went afterwards because of the fact that the dentist was such a jerk.
they did surgery on my mom told several teeth. told her her prescription will be ready by the time she got to the drugstore. it was not. she was crying in pain for 2 hours it was so unbearable. very disappointed in this place got to do better than that
