Had 17 teeth pulled on Monday from my oral surgeon. Told the rest of my care would be handled by my dentist. I was given 15 pain pills Monday took 3 a day (you can take up to 6) went to my dentist today to be fitted for my dentures. They write me a prescription for 15 pain pills. I get to CVS and they canceled it due to it being a different doctor. I decided to give bright dental a try only because I had new insurance and the previous place doesn’t cover I made an appointment for my son everything was cool til he had to get X-rays done. The Dentist assistant could not get the wing bites to go in and decided we couldn’t be seen I was like whatever I didn’t care because I took it as a sign to never return. Though staff were very friendly, the person in charge (Elena Zau) was so unflexible to my needs. She wanted to put a crown into a broken tooth. I have had this problem all my life and I've been dealing it with Composite Resins. (Which I know they work). The Dentist just said to go ask for a second opinion and that's it. So I guess this is my review for someone that doesn't want to hear their patients and do whatever they want.

I know COVID has changed a lot of things but informing potential clients that you do not allow 1 parent in the room with their 5 year old child would be nice. Our previous provider allowed 1 parent to attend and comfort. Honestly having a small child out of sight and alone with strangers can be scary and traumatic for them. this place is terrible. they charges for work not done and would not allow parent to go back with kids. office staff yelling at parents when the dental assistant says it is fine is not OK. I will never go back and would not recommend Beijing kids there ever.

Absolutely the worst fist impression ever! They scheduled me for an appointment and when I arrived early they said umm no we canceled you. Well with who after making me feel like I was crazy for showing up. They said they sent a text to where a wrong number. All this due to a dentist leaving but wow then to offer a month later appointment while I have a toothache. Thanks but no thanks!
