You would think when getting an extraction that you would receive an antibiotic and something for pain following with some paperwork on how to maintain the area and what to look for incase of an infection but not at Bright Now Dental In Lorain they rather take your money and charge you more than what they said the procedure cost just to send you on your way in pain. Going forward please use this in your corrective actions so that you are able to better assist your patients and keep them smiling!

One of their dentist aka Dr Kumar attempted to extract one of my teeth when he should have referred me to a specialists as my root went into my sinus cavity. My own girlfriend has been to dental school and even she told me just by looking at X-rays he shouldn’t have attempted to do the extraction. I then proceeded to the specialists in EXTREME PAIN and I Find out it’s $1,200 to undergo surgery where they have to put me under and be completely sterile. So it is a pretty big deal and I was treated very rudely the entire time I... read more

I had a temporary crown put in a few months ago and was told to wait for a phone call for my permanent to come in. A couple months go by w no phone call. Finally, my temporary falls off and they book me an appointment for two days later. I show up at my scheduled time of 11am, and find out at noon that my permanent is lost. Evidently it came in days after it was ordered. They have a record of it being received, so it was definitely lost here. I waited an hour in the middle of a workday after two days of pain to find this out... read more

Don't go here. I called before I went and was told the price for a root canal. Once I got there, the price tripled. Classic bait and switch.

I don’t feel they listen to your needs. Prices are high and was misled on my dentist not who I asked for

Had an appointment at 10:30 am. Got there a few minutes early to a large crowd in the waiting room. Felt like there wasn’t good enough distancing or airflow so I told them I’d be waiting in my car. After waiting for a half hour I decided I’d better sit in the shade closer to the building so I could hear them call my name. After an hour I went in and they said there was one person still ahead of me. After that it took them another 30 minutes! I don’t know about you but I don’t have an hour and a half to wait for a 20 minute p... read more

I have always had a good experience up until I just tried to make an appointment for my kids and she told me they are no longer scheduling appointments next to each other because of Covid. I would have to bring one kid in at 10am then the other at 3pm. I asked if I could schedule one closer together that is farther out and she said no. That makes no sense. I shouldn’t have to take a whole day off work to get my kids teeth cleaned. I get if they need time in between to clean and sterilize the room, but 5 hours is a little muc... read more
