appointment was at 1030 sat for 40 minutes after asking how much longer they came and took me in back to stand in the hallway. Asked why it now 40 minutes past my appointment and all I was told is she didn't know maybe it took them that long to enter my information into their system. I was in pain due to wisdom teeth that had not been taken care of. After signing up for the dental savings plan "One Smile" and being told by the gentlemen on the phone my initial office visit and X rays would be included in the cost of the $79.00 annual plan, I found out that was not the case. Had an appointment for a cleaning, They called me the day before the appointment, telling me that they won’t have a Hygienist until April! What kind of crap is that! Not Professional at all! Do not Recommend !

I had an awful experience with both the office and customer service at this location. After the ortho consult I had to call several times asking for pricing. They quoted me full price because they had me as a "cash patient" when I used my insurance for a check up literally an hour before the ortho consult??.took a week for the quote via phone.I was told by phone it would be $1700 then when I called back to get that printed I could only call when vanessa was there for a print out...then when I finally caught her between days ... read more

I’ve been thinking about this for a while: last year in January, I went to a Bright Now Dental location in Fort Collins to get molds done for my teeth so I could get a new retainer. Years ago, I got Invisalign from the Bright Now Dental in Aurora & had no problems. So when I went to the one in Fort Collins, I expected the same quality service. Not only did they overcharge me by over $200, I have to get the root canal redone as they did not clear the infection and I am having issues 6 months later!

Took 18yr old son to the appointment. New patient and first time there. Day one: went to the dentist in Belden Villiage Mall. Got to the appointment 20 minutes early. Was told to fill out a paper. Which we did. Was told there’s more pages it to and to finished filling it out. Told receptionist didn’t know that. Receptionist said it happens all the time.
