In Lorain, OH. Worst dentist ever. Took my daughter in to have teeth removed. She was scared, instead of calming her down he yelled at her. Told her to put her hand up if she felt pain but couldn’t because she was held down. Then just outside the door where she could hear him he called he a crybaby to his assistant. It all started when my insurance company wanted to verify my dental office choice. The phone kept going to a after hour phone message. They tried many times and finally said they would continue to call. On my appointment day I waited for an hour and 20 minutes in the waiting room. I finally asked what was going on. They said they had to verify with my insurance. I told them that I tried to do this ahead of time but the insurance could not get through. I finally got X-rays. I went in at 9:45am for a 10am Appointment waited about 20min then waited in another room about a half hour then the dentist told me he couldn’t help me so I left

They are accepting new patients, however you have to wait 7 months for a simple cleaning. I will be switching providers.

Waste or time. They do not schedule the exam as the same time as cleaning (although that’s what they lead you to believe when booking the appointment. Prices are outrageous
