worst experience. I left crying. Dr Jabaji numbed me for a tooth filling, left for 40 minutes to work on another patient and she came back and asked if I was still numb. I stupidly came back a 2nd time for another filling and she did the same thing. unfortunately this time when she came back I was not still numb and could feel everything. she had to numb me again and even poked me under the tongue...she waited not even 2 min and started drilling. once again, I could feel everything but just dealt with it because I was tired... read more
Four months waiting for new dentures, STAY WAY from this place, worst customer service ever.... they only care about the money not the customer...
Reception is awful. Husband went to a routine appointment years ago and waited for 30 minutes to be checked in before he left because no one was there to check him in. Only to be referred to this place again recently. The sucky service clearly has not changed. I have been trying to make him an appointment for over a month to get his wisdoms removed. All we get told is we need to schedule with Stephanie and she is NEVER in the office and NEVER returns any calls. Knowing dang well he is in pain and needs them out!!!!
Went on Saturday 1/9/21 for appointment. Wait time not bad in area, but took quite awhile when taken back. Staff was very nice, but after waiting 3 months to get in, the dentist telling me before I left teeth look great and how to use the sensitive toothpaste, go to check out and asked when I wanted to schedule my filling. Had 17 teeth pulled on Monday from my oral surgeon. Told the rest of my care would be handled by my dentist. I was given 15 pain pills Monday took 3 a day (you can take up to 6) went to my dentist today to be fitted for my dentures. They write me a prescription for 15 pain pills. I get to CVS and they canceled it due to it being a different doctor. I decided to give bright dental a try only because I had new insurance and the previous place doesn’t cover I made an appointment for my son everything was cool til he had to get X-rays done. The Dentist assistant could not get the wing bites to go in and decided we couldn’t be seen I was like whatever I didn’t care because I took it as a sign to never return. Though staff were very friendly, the person in charge (Elena Zau) was so unflexible to my needs. She wanted to put a crown into a broken tooth. I have had this problem all my life and I've been dealing it with Composite Resins. (Which I know they work). The Dentist just said to go ask for a second opinion and that's it. So I guess this is my review for someone that doesn't want to hear their patients and do whatever they want.

RecommendedI know COVID has changed a lot of things but informing potential clients that you do not allow 1 parent in the room with their 5 year old child would be nice. Our previous provider allowed 1 parent to attend and comfort. Honestly having a small child out of sight and alone with strangers can be scary and traumatic for them.
