I went in at 9:45am for a 10am Appointment waited about 20min then waited in another room about a half hour then the dentist told me he couldn’t help me so I left

They are accepting new patients, however you have to wait 7 months for a simple cleaning. I will be switching providers.

Waste or time. They do not schedule the exam as the same time as cleaning (although that’s what they lead you to believe when booking the appointment. Prices are outrageous

appointment was at 1030 sat for 40 minutes after asking how much longer they came and took me in back to stand in the hallway. Asked why it now 40 minutes past my appointment and all I was told is she didn't know maybe it took them that long to enter my information into their system. I had advised them that I had other appoints to go to and may have to leave depending on procedure. they asked me if I wanted to establish new patient with them I stated that not if a person has to wait 40 minutes each time past their appointme... read more

I was in pain due to wisdom teeth that had not been taken care of. After signing up for the dental savings plan "One Smile" and being told by the gentlemen on the phone my initial office visit and X rays would be included in the cost of the $79.00 annual plan, I found out that was not the case. Had an appointment for a cleaning, They called me the day before the appointment, telling me that they won’t have a Hygienist until April! What kind of crap is that! Not Professional at all! Do not Recommend !
