this place is terrible. they charges for work not done and would not allow parent to go back with kids. office staff yelling at parents when the dental assistant says it is fine is not OK. I will never go back and would not recommend Beijing kids there ever.

The dentist assistant that cleaned my teeth was very rough with my mouth. I don’t think she likes her job much!!!

Absolutely the worst fist impression ever! They scheduled me for an appointment and when I arrived early they said umm no we canceled you. Well with who after making me feel like I was crazy for showing up. They said they sent a text to where a wrong number. All this due to a dentist leaving but wow then to offer a month later appointment while I have a toothache. Thanks but no thanks!

We were humiliated in that office. My husband & me, two old people, were literally thrown out of office. Was it because of our age or nationality? I do not know. Since that my heart aches, my blood pressure up The same with my husband. Just terrible service.

During a pandemic there should be some other forms of payment plans. Even if a cleaning is only $150 right now that is more than unemployment is providing weekly. Yet oral Health is just important to over all health too. I would never go back to a Bright Now Dental ever!!!

Beware of this place. Great customer service but all my family members were told they needed all kinds of things when they didn’t, including cavities that were nonexistent when we went to another practice. Our family would be toothless😂.

Do not go here. After over a year dealing with their new hires they finally get a new office manager who is apparently a thief. Never have they ever let me leave their office without paying my co-pay. 9 months later they decide that there’s a copay not paid. After trying to explain they have never let me out of their office without paying he has asked me to find a new dentist. No problem. Don’t go here the office manager is a thief.
staff is rude, very unorganized. waited over an hour past my time just for them to clean my teeth and not deal with a problematic tooth and had to come back a week later because it was worse and infected. worse place ive been to
