WHAT A HORRIBLE PERSON THEY HAVE FOR A SURGEON!!!!! Went in to get my wisdom teeth pulled.....dude was rough af as soon as he started to numb me. Continued to stab me with one of those tools they use even after I told him I felt everything! Talking about that's just pushing, tf? Doesn't even wait until the anesthesia kicks in to start pulling on my tooth. And again continued to pull after I told him I felt everything causing it to crack the tooth wide open!!!!! Dr Wood always makes things right for the patients, even if they aren’t his!!! But the new temp dentist there has terrible bedside manner and talks to the patients as if they are children. I will not schedule another appointment until they have more options for providers. The only reason I will remain a patient is because of the reception staff and Dr Wood

Went to Bright Now teeth cleaning. When I was paying my bill, I noticed there was a $10 charge for Personal Protection Equipment and all I noticed that was different was the 3 ladies working the counter had a mask on which they never replaced while I was there for 40 minutes. I think the 10 dollar charge is not warranted.

I waited for 1 1/2 hours and complained. Once I got in they said they would have to reschedule my cleaning appt. I told them that wasn’t right after I waited so long! So the Dr sent the receptionist in to tell me that the hygienist needed to go to lunch and they were sorry ! Obviously I will be going to another dentist and a bad review!! I won’t be recommending them to anyone!!

They will tell you that you have problems you don’t really have. Got a 2nd look from Two different dentists and turns out bright now was just simply Making things up.

I scheduled an appointment for 6/11/20 @1pm, I drove 30 min to the office and was told there was a 2 hour wait. I didn't receive a courtesy call to let me know. I wasted my precious time and gas driving there and back home. I rescheduled for today @3:30pm. I called to find out if there was waiting and if I was going to be seen at my scheduled appointment time. Lety was very rude said if I was going to have to wait then I would have to wait. If you want to wait hours for an appointment then show up before other people and then watch them get taken in before you do this is your place.

They completely wasted my time twice. First time I went there was for a teeth cleaning. I called ahead and asked if they could see me that day. They said yes come on in. I came in. Waited for an hour or so. When the dentist actually came into the room they had me in, she told me she couldn’t clean my teeth that day because there wasn’t going to be enough time before they closed. �� I was upset.
