The dentist and staff were really nice but it took forever for us to be seen. Our appointment was at 10 am, I had to wait an hour to be seen and didn’t get to finish with everything till almost 1 pm. One of the staff that took my x -ray was probably new and almost broke 3 of my front tooth (I guess she was really nervous as she mentioned I was her first patient of the day) but apologized for the incident. I’ve heard so much bad things about bright now and of course should have stayed away.

Mask harassers big time. They asked me to fill out paperwork and the mask I brought kept falling off and Priscilla “threatened to reschedule me” because of this. Even after I explained I didn’t expect to wear a mask so I didn’t bring one that worked with my glasses
They always find a way to charge you something, always trying to upsell, it's horrible! This last time they wanted to charge a $10 fee because of coronavirus, but I was not informed in advance that this fee was going to happen. They should had informed me through a call or text that the fee applies now because they need help with extra material. The administrative staff at this clinic is the worst I've ever experienced. They aren't caring or helpful; and they LIE to their patients about medical treatment which they likely no nothing about. Refusing to provide a patient with care, or another round of antibiotics when they have an extreme abscess, which may create a deadly blood infection is worthy of Medical Malpractice. the fact your telling me that a 2 and 3 year old have to wear a mask please tell me how you make them or have them wear a mask this is horrible i cant get my kids teeth done but oh wait your gonna take off there mask to clean there teeth
They cancel appointments often and the front desk associates (not Allie or Amanda) are rude and unhelpful. I stayed loyal to this company even after leaving employment with them, but they have lost my business 100%. Most of the staff that was great there have left for better opportunities.

Unbelievably unprofessional, including the dentist. Getting my teeth cleaned shouldn’t take an hour and a half. Also, no need to push Invisalign when every dentist I have been to prior has commented on my straight teeth. The technicians and dentist would get up and walk off without any instruction for me. Only when I’d stand up and ask where I was supposed to go (which happened a few times) did anyone give me instruction. I am not quite satisfied with their services. My husband watched some of the staff coming in to work without being screened (i.e. temperature was not checked). They referred my daughter to a pediatric dental office that does not take our insurance so I have to scout for a different provider.

Absolutely, by far, the worst pediatric dentist you could go to. The crowns Dr. Wood put on my daughter’s teeth are at least 3 times bigger than they should be. They refuse to fix it and also missed 2 other cavities. She also has a 3rd permanent front tooth still in her gums that they failed to tell me about. The office manager is the rudest person I have ever met. If you have Medicaid and are limited to choice of dentists, go to Canton Pediatric Dentistry.
