Had an absolutely awful experience getting my wisdom teeth out. Told them it hurt multiple times and they continued to jerk my mouth open and continue, didn’t give me any pain medicine for the road , no ice pack and and tiny swan of gauze that was full of blood in 5 min . I understand getting wisdom teeth out is painful but this was one of the worse experiences of my life . DO NOT RECOMMEND !

My son was told he need a root canal. We were told that insurance would cover everything. The day of the appointment, he asked again to make sure that they would cover everything, Again was told yes. When he was finished, he was told insurance did not cover it all.. He was offered a coupon. LOL the total was 1,200.00..

Twice in a month they have quoted me a price for a service, only to have them ask for more than double on the day of service. This is a scam.
I had an appointment yesterday at the office off of Wilmington Pike in Centerville. I have a tooth in my upper denture that is starting to break. I was told that they could not get my denture back to me for 10 days to at the longest 3 weeks because they have to send it out of state to be repaired now. I was totally appalled at the quality of my denture anyway because it is just around a year old and would not be breaking. My denture is an upper and has not fit right since I received it. inform customers of what they are charging for before hand.. i called for my 6 months cleaning and they cleaned my teeth same as any other dentist but charges me now since i had a deep cleaning.. insurance even rejected it because it's bologna
I do not recommend Bright Now Dental in Crystal River. The reason is that last year I had a cleaning in March and made an appointment for June as I was on a three month schedule. In June they called me to reschedule to October because they said they lost their hygenist and were having problems finding a replacement. Waste of time and money. Can’t even get Invisalign right. Can’t keep the same orthodontist around.
I do not agree on charging 10.00 for every patient. Supposedly the 10.00 is to cover supplies and equipment provided for COVID protection for the patients. I didn’t notice nothing new in the office or rooms other than the distance seating, employees had Mask on and a mouth rinse that was provided before being attended by the dentist.
