I had a a terrible experience at bright now. They couldn't find my dental records even though I had been there twice before and had serious work done. The new dentist diagnosed me off of my old x-ray and tried to fill in a cavity that had already been filled in. She only realized it after my mouth was painfully numbed and she had the drill on my tooth. Then, it took them over an hour to get a proper x-ray and multiple technicians. this place is all about the $$$ $10 for ppe on every patient at 30 + patients per day they are make 300 or better just on ppe and the only thing new is the head covering. gloves and mask have always been worn at the office, also you never know who you are going to see as its a corporate ran company so ZERO STARS

they where late on my appointment and then rushed through and did not answer my questions and concerns referred me to another Doctor and still charged me 39 dollars

the Dr. wouldnt even say hi. told him I can only use markain because my body goes through all the other numbing meds and he basically called me a lire! HE WAS GOING TO EXTRACT MY TOOTH WITHOUT ME BEING NUMB!! fdlt VERY uncomfortable there!!!

Very Unprofessional staff, not very knowledgeable with insurance practices, they dont want to call my insurance to see what my benefits are or what's cover they wanted me to pay out of pocket so I can deal with my insurance. I told them I call my insurance and my insurance said that they will pay once they get a claim from them and they kept insisting that I had to pay out of pocket. Find another place to go please.

The referral they gave us for my daughters root canal was not to an In Network endodontist so now I'm dealing with a $2000 bill from the endodontist. Then the crown they put in my daughters mouth does not match her original tooth so now her night mouth guard does not fit. They wanted to take her mouth guard and send it to their lab. Who knows what they would do to that. If they ruin it or destroy it, they refuse to be financially responsible to replace it. After paying over $3000 for it originally, no thank you. They allowed people in without masks and some of them weren't wearing any, the dentist didn't work on an exposed nerve because he didn't like the size of my mouth and didn't even try to work on it. Sat for 3 hours for nothing. Eastvale office.

They are crooks and thieves and liars!!! Don’t trust anyone there especially the front office staff. They lie and try to bill you for things they don’t even have to do!! Don’t come here and be sabotaged. Get a second opinion and you will see all their recommendations are lies!! Said I had three cavities and I paid cash to another doctor and he said I didn’t. Quoted me 5000$ worth of bs!! DONT GO HERE!!
