I went to go get my teeth cleaned and X-rays to see if I needed my wisdom teeth out. My teeth “looked fine” so I did not need to get them cleaned according to the dentist. In addition, they immediately tried to schedule me with their surgeon to get my wisdom teeth out without giving me any further information. The entire facility is also very unsanitary and uncomfortable.

My 9 yr old daughter is on an inhaler 2x a day so when I refused to have her wear a mask they told me I had to leave and they won’t see my daughter! I told them I wound wait outside until her time and they came out and told us to leave, that they will not see my daughter!

I went in for an abscess. I had no insurance. So they start trying to sell me theirs. Mind you I just wanted to take care of the abscess and get out. I also mentioned that I am waiting for my insurance to be active then I will come back for the proper treatment I need. I mean who wouldn’t want the insurance to cover most of what needed to be done if possible. I called to make an appointment for my son .the receptionist was so rude not even giving me a chance to ask my questions and when we went there the day of the appointment the manager also yhe receptionist same time was so rude even more .tellong me that my appointment was 9 45 .and I assured her that was 10 am .then she started giving me attitude saying that she had a bad day last night and she survived an accident .I feel sorry for her accident but. i don't think I have to suffer her temper .after all it's a business .the... read more

Very unprofessional cold hearted people they talk to you as if they were doing you a favor. Will never be returning they also charge a fee for covid 19 which they tell you at the end of your visit that is unbelievable
