They have no Orthodontist for emergencies. They had the nerve to tell my teenage daughter to cut the loose wires that are stabbing her cheeks after her brackets fell off😡😡. They told her to use wire cutters!!

I had an appointment at the Fontana office at 1 P M. I had had nothing to eat or drink since midnight as instructed. I was told the oral surgeon was an hour behind. That was okay because it took me 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork. After an hour I was called back. The oral surgeon saw me , confirmed the tooth that was to be extracted, then wrote the order. Have better communication between their Parma Office and their California billing headquarters and the patients insurances. There was a lack of communication between the parma office and my insurance a year ago from the work I had done, then I was told after a few weeks of headaches I was told by the parma office and their billing headquarters it was resolved. Never heard of a dental office that didn’t have a dentist that could do a root canal. Sad & I won’t be going back there anytime soon. I was told they needed to get a specialist in to do a freaking root canal. They only took 1 x-ray of 1 tooth when they need to take a full set. They said they will try to get a specialist in sometime in May2020 and my appointment was April 10, 2020 Let with the same toothache that I went in for. Just SORRY 😐

I started just after Thanksgiving 2019 to get an upper denture. I have had 8 visits to get my wax fitting and molds for the upper denture. None were right and they keep having me come back in. THis all was supposed to have been done by the end of December 2019, and here it is April 4, 2020 and still no permanent dentures. I am not happy at all with the service and concerned as to when i will be able to get them now with Covid 19. 🙁

not helpful. could not explain cost to me. Dentist was in for less then 5 min never came back for me to ask questions. The billing girl was rude and got pissy with me and told me it's either pay now or wait 4-6weeks. nothing done for broken tooth just gave me prescription for motrin. left root exposed, face and mouth swollen. cant eat or drink

I've been an avid goer of this location. But the way they handled this Covid situation is horrible. I have paid over 7k for braces and bridge work and now that my braces are off and bridge work is done, I cannot get my retainers mailed to me. My teeth are shifting and a gap is appearing at my two front teeth. I call and they say they'll call me back. I got nothing. I didnt even have a gap before i started the process 2.5 years ago. Who is going to pay for this to get fixed now?

I started going here the end of last year and they said I had a decent amount of cavities since I had not been to a dentist in several years. So I went and go the top ones done first. I had no pain in my upper teeth at all before this and now I have constant pain where they filled the cavities. I do not recommend because they clearly don’t know what they are doing!
