We have been a valid patient for years and highly recommend Dr. Hong. The staff is kind I am however disappointed with the company Bright Now Dental . This week I was shocked to find out AFTER our visit that I had to to pay a $10 surcharge per each family member. When I questioned this the front desk explained that it was a fee for the extra precautions that they are taking due to Covid 19. By far the worst experience I could have have imagined. I went in with extreme anxiety and left in tears. when I called I was advised that as long as I had insurance they would take it but upon arrival I was then told that they did not accept my insurance but that they had great prices. I was taken to the back offices where I was then told that I needed 8 ROOT CANALS and that it was going to be 14k total! Worst office ever, over priced and riddled with corporate bs, pressured me to see a periodontist and then refused to work on me because I did. Find a private practitioner you will be happier.

I scheduled an appointment online last week for 8:00 this morning. Received a confirmation text. Showed up early to do new patient paperwork and no one was there. Ended up leaving and going home. Come to find out you don't open until 9 so maybe you should fix the online scheduling to match your hours so that this doesn't happen.

Yesterday I had 2 teeth extracted. the pain afterward is intense. they let me leave yesterday telling me my pain medication would be sent to my pharmacy, it did not. they then called and said there was a problem with sending the script electronically and they don't do physical scripts, they said they would try again tommorow. I call today and the office is closed for the day and I'm in a lot of pain and there is a lot of bleeding. still the medication is not at the pharmacy and there seems to be no way to contact them. stay ... read more
