horrible service, they banned me after basically lying and saying they called me multiple times. The caller ID never showed up. after they removed my teeth, my jaw has been getting stuck and it also dislocates from the socket when I eat something. I would never recommend this dental office.

Do not waste your time or money here. They did dental work on my husband that was not a necessity and didn't tell him all they were going to do except state it was a deep cleaning. They turned around and over charged our insurance in which they only covered partial and we were slapped with a $500 bill. They will make you get dental work that is not mandatory and then make you pay for it. We were 1st time patients too and this is what we had to deal with. My cleaning was thorough, and I like Dr. Mazin. However, I get no appointment reminders, I cannot schedule my next appointment during my current appointment, and I was not informed of the COVID19 procedures. Hygienist's mask was falling under her nose. However, she was fully protected during the cleaning! There were 4 other people in the lobby with me---one had NO mask, one had mask below his mouth. When I walked in, I didn't know where to go. I also could not see who was calling my name from behind the counter.

I had an absolutely appalling experience at the port richey office today and i will make sure that I post this review on every avenue possible. I called them today for an emergency extraction and the receptionist, Misty, gave me the impression that they can perform molar extraction and had me come in right away. After I've complained numerous times, my daughters treatment plan changed (probably because she has had 4 different orthodontists in two years), ridiculous waiting times AND being turned away for a scheduled appointment - I think the only thing Bright Now can do to improve is shut the whole place down and start from scratch.
