Hated my experience. The visits themselves weren't bad, although wait time was atrocious. However, the billing process was a nightmare. I was seen on 12/17/18 for an exam and teeth planing. I was provided a list of recommended services and which of those services my insurance covered. I opted for only the services covered by my insurance. The office agreed and I had two appointments. Scheduled cleans& exam arrived at office waited for 44 min. When called to back I was advised that hygienist would not be able to clean only exam. I rescheduled for 3 the following week to get complete care and upon arrival the front desk told me the appointment was rescheduled for 2:50p I prefer a private dentist who can provide the proper care and treatment.

A 7 minute cleaning for one child, and a 10 minute cleaning for the other. Complete with a b/w photo copy of xray to take to a referral. We are actually going to have to call insurance and place a fraud claim so my kids can go to another dentist and receive an actual cleaning and exam. Absolutely ridiculous. This place should be shut down for insurance fraud.

Your business is broad day light robbery! It cost me $81 for the orthodontist to tell me that I need tooth extraction when that’s the reason I was there in first place. He looked at my mouth not even a minute and told me to go back to the reception area where I was told to pay $81 and schedule for another visit. I argued with the receptionist and was told that the $81 is for consultation! Wow highway robbery! Never again!

This dental office is the WORST! I have been waiting 3 weeks for an appointment for a broken tooth that has been causing me horrible pain and today, 2 days before the appointment they call to say it will just be a consultation...I will have to wait AGAIN for another appointment to actually fix it and help with the pain and that could be weeks away again. Do not even try to have a conversation with the blonde young lady with poorly done eyelash extensions up front. Extremely rude and 100% careless with the way she talks with customers in pain. I got referred from the Puyallup office to get a Plano because their machine was down and I was explaining to the lady the situation.. and she responds with "We have never had an oral surgeon here on these days of the week. you're not even scheduled here, you're scheduled for Puyallup at 10am" in a snarky attitude.
