I waited 40 minutes in the chair by myself in a room while the technician was in another room on the cell phone because I could hear her. this was the worst experience of my life and I do not recommend this place to anybody. I should have read the reviews better than I did because they were not good.
Dr was rude and never introduced her self just started talking to assist while looking at x-rays. Yanked on my mouth during exam a lil too rough. She cut me off mid sentence and never answered my question. I was there for a broken tooth and was booked for general consult. Dr spoke to me like she didn't have time for me. I was already anxious about seeing a new dentist and this didn't help! I asked to be booked for tooth repair with another dentist and was told I could get in til NOVEMBER! My appointment was at 10:30 and the dentist was already an hour behind. He was so rushed he didn't have time to explain things to me. The staff was complaining about how "Over booked" he was. It is just a money maker as so many can't take time to be civil. I'm changing insurance companies because this one limits the places we can go and personalities don't always click
I've been going there for over a year and never had any issues. I have severe social anxiety so to find out that my dentist has been negatively talking about me to her colleagues has now caused me to be too anxiety ridden to go to my appointments. plus why? I mean seriously,why? so i took the day off work to come in for the first time patient cleaning I get there this morning after giving them my insurance and everything over the phone and they couldn't verify my insurance and wasted my day over it could've called me to let me know b4 I wasted time and money
The Bright Now Dental office in Woodinville continues to send me bills for the full amount, which under the contract from my union, I am not obligated to pay. I do not recommend this dentist at all, look elsewhere.
Every experience I have had at the Silverdale location has been horrible. My insurance recommended Bright Now when I first moved to Kitsap County. I should have done more research into other offices as well. My first filling was not done properly, I had to go back multiple times. I felt extremely rushed while trying to have my filling corrected, and wasn’t genuinely listened to. They actually ended up sanding down between my two front teeth, and left an extremely big gap.
