The Bonney Lake office isn’t savvy to informed consent. The dentist decides what you have done without your knowledge and then gives you a bill on your way out. Ouch!!! Apparently ethics wasn’t discussed in dental school.

I get charged for service rendered even though my insurance covers all of it or most of it.

Everything about the appointment was wrong & I was handled wrong & price was outrageous plus even with insurance ,I was with Wilson vile location one in tauallin was closer so went there they were not even together with my paper work . Now I have go back for they only did haft my mouth cleaning & I still have to pay 337.00ijust pd 337.00 what stop off

Got called back an hour after my appointment time, & my kids couldn't even come back to the room with me to sit on a chair, the dentist said there were things in the room that don't get sanitized ..... well if that's your excuse then it's not clean enough for patients to be in the room. Definitely finding a new family dentistry.

I had a tooth pulled just because the dentist said my mouth was numb does not mean it was he asked me if I could feel him working on my tooth I told him yes he said it was pressure no it was not pressure I felt everything and it was pain full I will not go back to Bright now dental

I have been there 3 times and they have had to reschedule me twice due to no hygienist. The only time I was able to get in, it was supposed to be for a cleaning and ended up just a 5 minute appointment with the dentist because the hygienist was not there. They need to work on their scheduling

Worst customer service! Their rooms are filthy! Extracted teeth from my wife, came in to help wake her up. The staff was franticly looking for a blade they “lost”. They hurry us out a back door without explanation. On the follow up visit 2 days later, they are suppose to reinstall the cap they knocked off and they REFUSE!? Then on top of it all they refuse to give us the copies of her medical file so we can go somewhere else. When asked about the procedure they tell us to google it!?! Really web MD!?! They cant be bothe... read more

Are you nervous about the dentist? Rest assure bright now dental is the last place u wanna go. The constant high turn over rate of fresh graduates eager to help but lack in the skills of communication. You will be sent home with no after care instructions so be ready to Google everything u may need to know. They always seem to be in a rush with no time to explain anything it is all about the body count of people to bill.... smh And if u give them a good review u get a free teeth whitening kit
