son despotas mal servicio los trabajadores son mal educados la administradora la señora pati es de lo peor , no quede sastifecha con las coronas k me pusieron por lo cual no quería firmar el papel donde dice k uno queda sastifecho y me dijeron k si no firmaba me iban a dar la corona en una caja pera k me la llevara , me quería arrancar la corona cuando ya la tenia puesta así k tube k firmar son unos carniceros son de lo peor

I’ve been going to Bright Now for many years. Never had a problem before. I had an appointment Wednesday for a sore tooth. I signed in, was greeted by the receptionist, 10 minutes early. No other patients in the waiting area. 30 minutes later, 20 after my scheduled appointment, I’m still waiting, although employees have come out from the back, several times, checking the desk, wandering around and leaving, this happened quite a few times, one employee even checked the sign in sheet, in front of the receptionist. visit #3 for the same filling. my 2nd visit was for a part of the wax paper that was stuck in my gum that caused a Infection and the floss was getting stuck on the filling. I was out on antibiotics "just encase " they could not get me for 12 days. I was told everything was fine and I need to give the sensitivity a month or so. I called 2 days ago because part of filling came out. they got me in right away. I’m changing dentists as soon as I can as so far my experience has been over charged and then not refunded (Pinellas location), not appointment scheduled the previous time I was in resulting in getting a postcard stating I was overdue but when I tried to schedule an appointment at that point There was nothing available for months. I was told that I would be put on a call list if an appointment opened up but I was never called. This place is a joke. Just had two impacted canines removed (They had to cut the roof of my mouth open and pull it back then stitch it all back up). I call back next day and ask for recovery time because I work in a call center and as of now, still can barely talk. the lady said well healing can take 2 weeks but you can go back to work when you feel like it...so I say ok, well can I get a doctor note for the first week so that I can heal, she tells me nope they will only approve 1 day of doctor excuse for a surgery that take... read more

Not very polite people working there . Very rude ladies especially the Spanish one ... in the front her name is Adriana and the one back . I call to make a appointment first she had and all suddenly she didn’t have nothing until next month what kind of business is that not happy at all. I’m taking my care someplace else . The Bonney Lake office isn’t savvy to informed consent. The dentist decides what you have done without your knowledge and then gives you a bill on your way out. Ouch!!! Apparently ethics wasn’t discussed in dental school.

I get charged for service rendered even though my insurance covers all of it or most of it.
