Never again. Change the policy, don't tell the patient. I needed Dental prophylaxis due to an abnormal heart valve, which had been provided by the dentist for the last 18 months. I reminded them when appointment scheduled, 1 month later also and was told we will take care of it when we provide your confirmation. Appointment is due 9/10, so to office on 9/9, I am told the doctor doesn't like to do that any more, call you primary (sure with one days notice). I was left to sit and wait after seen by the Dentist, knowing I was in pain from a broken tooth I had to ask if someone would be coming to talk to me about removing the tooth, I continued to wait until I realized they would close in 30min. I felt sad that they would treat people this way. My tooth was not removed I left in pain.

RecommendedI had a good office visit. However, my appointment for July 20, which had been scheduled 6 months prior, was somehow canceled and given to someone else. At the end of my recent appointment, I took a picture of my appointment card for next appointment, and will save my text message confirming my future appointment, so I have proof, in case my next appointment is canceled and given to someone else again.
Very dishonest... I called on Monday, could only speak with Chris, because apparently she is the only one who can schedule appointments 🙄. So after calling the Elyria location because I had to track her down MYSELF... I explain to her, I had a permanent retainer glued in YEARS AGO by one of the previous Bright Now Orthos... and it just snapped and completely fell out. I've had a terrible experience on dental work at the Temecula location.
Better customer services and relations .I was brought in and x-rays taken and than the hygienist examine my gums .Then everyone left and did not come back so I waited for 45 min. I got out the chair to find someone to see what is taking so long to clean my teeth . I found the x-rays person and she told me they waiting on the dentist. So I said I am out of here. I will never go to Bright Dental again and they where not busy!!!!!
