truthfully I find the place to be a rip off. kind of a middle man to a REAL Dentist capable of doing it all like the one I went to growing up. need a root canal they dont do it. Oral surgery or wisdom teeth done? they dont do. what they will do though is charge you 83 dollars for a 2 minute office visit just to refer you to someone that WILL actually fix your teeth. need a cleaning? then bright now is for you. Be careful here. You cannot trust this establishment, including the price you are quoted. Additionally, you are just a number here. This is not your neighborhood dentist where you can establish a relationship. Visited on 5/9/19. Periodontist Dr. Nouneh performed small bone graft repair around implant post from previous work. Paid total amount due of $223 upon leaving. Later was sent a bill saying that I owed another $252. (More than double the quoted price!) Visited office on 7/24/19 for explanation. The Staff here is so bad that my daughter cried with how she was treated when she was getting her braces here. One lady here was so bad..not only attitude but her job performance was rough & rude that we had to complained to the manager. When we left we were assured that she wasn't going to work with us again...but today my daughter went back for her follow up and the same lady was working on her again. The excuse was that.."They are short staffed". NO EXCUSE. Customers drive business so I sure hope this helps when choosing ... read more
Today was my first time going to this establishment and I likely won’t be going back for any of the further appointments that were scheduled for me. I have to say that my experience was far less than satisfactory. In my head I was telling myself that I wouldn’t return while having my exam completed, which is sad. I am all about customer service. They are professionals however they have changed several dentist since Dr. Rosenkrantz.Not sure why hopefully they'll find a more permanent one.I think it has to much to do with company demands.
It is too bad that the 'fast food chain' of dentistry does not believe in aftercare... I know my teeth are horrible and it has just been made known that because of my situation and lack of care (due to mental health issues) my patronage is not accepted.

Sat waiting in exam chair waiting to get extraction. Numbness wore off. I went to Front Desk and excused myself from their services. Worst experience ever!
