RecommendedRECOMMEND TO NEVER GO HERE!!! Waited 18 months for 12 month Invisalign due to inadequate office staff and ordering errors. Also had to have partials remade 3 times due to office error. Dr was so going to send a prescriptions to pharmacy and didn’t. Had to call them with follow up. I did like the dentist though and the staff.
Specific for the location at 101 & Cave Creek. Doctors McDonald and Griffiths are great but certainly different techniques that are concerning. One technician, I’ll never let her touch me again. Just thinking of the details makes me cry. The front desk is inept, rude, inconsiderate and so much less of what anyone would expect for even mediocre customer service. Beware! The dentist and staff are professional and friendly and courteous. However, when I asked the hygienist if a procedure was covered by my insurance she said she would check. The hygienist left the room for a few minutes and came back and told me that the procedure was covered. I gave the hygienist permission to proceed with the procedure. Crooks. Get 2nd opinions on dental work they say you beed. Trust your gut!
They told us my husband could get his exam and cleaning same day. He took time off work for this. We get there and they say no just the exam. Were told the appointment line always tells people that but it’s not true. What a waste of his time
Worst worst service ever I would never recommend anyone going here if you needs a crown done! My so. Chipped his front tooth 5/4/19 we got appointment to look at it 5/6 they looked at it told us to come back following Monday 5/13. We showed up and nothing they were “over scheduled” and they won’t have time to go to lunch so they made us wait 2hrs before someone told us to come back again the following Monday 5/20. Been here twice for a simple cleaning. I was told they were not running behind even after 25 minutes after our appointment with 3 people still in front of us. The dr put no notes on exam from 2 weeka ago so they want to redue that and waste more of our time. Last time we left after a hour and half with no cleaning still done. Left today without cleaning because they were so far behind (they open at 9 and were over an hour behind by 10 make that make sense). Money hungry company trying to cram in as many patients as possible!
At first I loved this dentist, but then after my bridge was seated the dentist all of a sudden had “no time today” to finish adjusting my bite. Mind you I went in a second time to get the adjustment fixed and sill was rushed and not allowed to sit up to make sure everything fit correctly. Needless to say I am now at another dentist office to finally get my bite correct...really disappointed and frustrated!
