My experience was horrible. I would not recommend going here to my friends or family. I found questionable codes on my estimate and invoice. I contact another dentist office for clarification they let me know 0000 isn’t real it’s just made up ($450). They request me to move my appointment from 1 pm in the afternoon to 3pm. I agree to the change. They reach out to me that day to see if I can come in at 2:30pm they have an earlier opening. I get the voicemail at 2pm. Terrible, terrible service!!! My daughter had appointment for a cleaning ,that was made 6 months in advance. We received 3 notifications to confirm her appointment at the time it was suppose to be. We arrived at the office on time. The office wasn’t even opened. Unbelievable!! Really?! Sometime in the last 6 months the office hours changed. So why no phone call?? Why no notice at all?? Just like all ‘mall dentists’ they add upfront ‘recommended’ deep cleaning for a ton of money. Had my teeth cleaned 3 months ago at a real dentist and no mention of fee cleaning. And by recommenced is required. Just to get more money . Aspen, chestnut what ever all the same. Don’t use them

Horrible customer service! Charged for services not rendered! Refused to due cleaning because they were too busy when I had scheduled it. Told my child “you should brush better” when she complained of pain Dentist couldn’t read X-rays!
I've been a patient at this office for a very long time. My entire family goes here. They have been messing up so much in the last Toni the office manager had called asked if I could move it to 3 pm. So we agreed. Then the texts kept stating 4 pm and we called, my husband was assisting me. Toni herself said yes it is at 3 pm. The weekend the texts were again saying 4 pm. took me 3 days to get through to them. left 3 voice messages and was never called back. when I got through to them they were rude. I was told the dentist is in one day a week (the day I work) and was told "well you'll need to figure it out because hes only here for one day." not to mention I'm returning because of a tooth THEY cracked while pulling another tooth. I guess if You dont have good insurance youre not a priority and treated like garbage.
they did not request and have my records sent over from my previous dentist office as they stated they would so my appointment was somewhat a waste of time secondly no one in the office spoke English that I could understand and when discussing medical information communication in English is necessary

I had very bad pain in my bottom teeth the doctor removed one tooth I'm still in a lot of pain got a lot more teeth be pulled surgically got sent home with antibiotics and generic pain medicine ibuprofen of something ,which did not help and is not helping. with all the problems we're having with the opioids painkillers this is why I can't get something for pain this sucks thanks to the people who take advantage of drugs
