This company overcharged me 15.00 on dental work done on my son, who I was insuring at the time. They absolutely refuse to give me a refund. I am in the process of reporting to the Attorney General's off and the Better Business Bureau. May seem extreme for such a small amount of money, but now I question all of their billing. I paid by check at each office visit...just how was I overcharged. It is MY MONEY and they should be mailing it back. I do not recommend them at all. Scam Bait & Switch is a under statement! I had an appointment with Dr. Bosh to repair several teeth and provide me with a partial. When I was told the cost of all the work I was assured that my dental insurance would cover a majority. The only out of pocket expense would be $1800.00 up front. I paid the amount due, again was assured that they had checked with may insurance for the balance. I was pleased at the time, and Dr. Bosh was really awesome. The San Marcos office needs to have a little care for the patients.had a tooth needed pulled because it's Sharp and cutting my tung badly and can't sleep the pain is unbearable but they wouldn't pull it and left me in pain

Worst place ever! Terrible customer service. Still waiting on a 10/2018 refund. I’ve tried to reach the corporate office, but they’re is no way to contact them.

their front staff has horrible customer service especially shanna. they are rude and condescending. they are very unorganized. they almost caused a medical malpractices incident. I would give them zero stars

Dr. Zarrabi was AMAZING. I have SEVERE anxiety and he was very calm, very gentle, very understanding. Made sure I understood every step, kept reassuring me that if we needed to stop we could, checked in with me several times to see if I wanted to proceed, made sure I had enough local for the area he was working on, etc. He made it a lot less terrifying. Cannot recommend him enough for an oral surgeon.

I called for an appointment on a Monday because I was having pain in my lower left jaw. Was given an appointment for the next day. Went to appointment and told them I was having pain. They told me well fillings take time to heal, told them they haven’t even done that side yet. She then went to look at the xrays of those teeth, said there wasn’t any. I know they were done bc how were they gonna do the fillings in that side if they didn’t have them? So they then just started doing the fillings in my front teeth, not the reason... read more
