Went to have just a cavity filled at the sandusky location, after hearing mostly good stories about this place, they numbed me, left for 20 mins come back and wanted to go at it with drilling, I told them my mouth wasn’t numb at all anymore, they didn’t give the numbing gel enough time to sit both times before giving me the shot, so it hurt like hell! A few months ago I drove 40 miles in the snow for my appointment on my way there they canceled to compensate me they compt my next visit which was yesterday and they double booked me I arranged for daycare took the day off and drove 40 miles again for nothing I’ve been a patient of bright now for years and been to many of their locations but Beaverton location cannot get their stuff together

RecommendedI usually like Bright Now Dental. My last visit left me a bad taste in my mouth because I was not informed that the fluoride treatment would cost $40 until after, so I was forced to pay for something that I didn’t know I was going to have to pay for and I was told I couldn’t be billed for it even though they say you can be.
Had such a terrible experience here I’ll never ever take my grandma back they had her appointment at 2:50 she didn’t get done until 4:40!! She can’t even walk out to the car she’s in so much pain. I’m so disappointed!!
Nothing! My husband wait over an hour, after waiting two months for the appointment.we drove all the way from Madison! Very unprofessional! On the phone they said, “ we take your dental plan.” When we got there they said they had not heard of it!!
they suck you up in their dental plan 💲💲💲 if you don't have PPO
The employees are rude and call patients names... I was called a liar today, and I will never return! They are never on time but always very unprofessional!

Wow!!! I actually had fun at Bright Now! My first time was last for a new patient checkup and I needed some filling to repair my chipped front teeth, and everyone was kind and friendly...Dr Shar is so polite and knowledgeable and professional. All his staff are also friendly and kind! Then Friday was my root canal and crown preparation, and two front teeth beautifully fixed, also deep cleaning. This location is a nightmare for anyone that has "normal" insurance. The location prays off of people that has assistance and bills what ever they feel like, not all claims as they should. Due to claims never being submitted as the claims should have been, collections happen to my son. After two years of trying to get the matter settled the insurance company stated the claim would not be covered as the referral was never places per expectations.
