My appointment was at 4;30, left work early, waited 2 hours for X-rays and a 3 pokes and a prod from the doctor. Who only inspected the teeth I complained about ( not my whole mouth) And then at 6:30 was told I would have to reschedule. I never got my cleaning after waiting that whole time. Also I don’t know if it’s the equipment or your nasty gloves but it smells like sweat! Had an Appt Scheduled for 9:30am... Still sitting here at 10:35am. Never again.
I have tried multiple times now to get a quote from them and cant even get a call back. They have a copy of my I'd and insurance but I'm was never even added to their system.
Worst experience ever!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dead dog! The most unprofessional jacked up ghetto hell hole! Sent my college kids for a couple fills the appointment was scheduled for 11:20 am my daughter is calling texting me from the dental chair at 1:20 saying how they drilled holes in her mouth and left her laying there for 2 hours! She was in pain the numbing wore off . the worest dental office at all specialy the front desk employees my god so bad they don't have ethics and layers.
Wait time was at least 45min after scheduled appt time- waiting room packed n another lady there announced she had been waiting over an hour. Soooo after waiting I asked how much longer n told “you have only been waiting 16 min but you are next” needles to say I forgot to ask how much time is “next” and 25 min later I just left.
