I went in for wisdom teeth extraction. I checked in at 8:50am and did not have my consultation until 12pm! I was initially going in with local anesthesia in mind, but after being told the shots would be painful, I decided to ask for general anesthesia. At that point another hour had passed. They were doing other consultations. they are horrible people at the Sandusky Ohio location. I just got told that I was refused treatment because of a review I wrote on Google that they had asked for me to write. yes my review was bad because the surgeon that I had to extract my teeth was very inconsiderate of what I was telling him he decided to go ahead with the procedure when my mouth wasn't numbed and he continued to pull my teeth while I was crying and in pain I ended up pushing his hand out of my mouth because he would not stop and during that I said the ... read more
My father has been having an going issue with this office for close to 2 years now. There is no communication.He has been told multiple times he would recieve a call from the office manager .Still at this time there has been no return call .Ladies at the front desk have a different story every time he goes in . There is complete lack of professionalism.

This company overcharged me 15.00 on dental work done on my son, who I was insuring at the time. They absolutely refuse to give me a refund. I am in the process of reporting to the Attorney General's off and the Better Business Bureau. May seem extreme for such a small amount of money, but now I question all of their billing. Scam Bait & Switch is a under statement! I had an appointment with Dr. Bosh to repair several teeth and provide me with a partial. When I was told the cost of all the work I was assured that my dental insurance would cover a majority. The only out of pocket expense would be $1800.00 up front. I paid the amount due, again was assured that they had checked with may insurance for the balance. I was pleased at the time, and Dr. Bosh was really awesome. The San Marcos office needs to have a little care for the patients.had a tooth needed pulled because it's Sharp and cutting my tung badly and can't sleep the pain is unbearable but they wouldn't pull it and left me in pain
