The Bright Now Dental office in Woodinville continues to send me bills for the full amount, which under the contract from my union, I am not obligated to pay. I do not recommend this dentist at all, look elsewhere.

Every experience I have had at the Silverdale location has been horrible. My insurance recommended Bright Now when I first moved to Kitsap County. I should have done more research into other offices as well. My first filling was not done properly, I had to go back multiple times. I felt extremely rushed while trying to have my filling corrected, and wasn’t genuinely listened to. They actually ended up sanding down between my two front teeth, and left an extremely big gap. I've been a patient here since 1993...God help me this office has gone ghetto...seriously. The girls in the office act like they don't care...plus you wait for 1 hour...2 hours only for them to take 20 minutes to clean your teeth. They changed my appointment time and never notified me and when I show up for my appointment...the receptionist when asked about it replied " yes it was me, I never called"..no reason why or apology. I used to love going to the dentist however they’ve turned maybe having 2 appointments into having 5 appointments and they’re all spread apart by months. I scheduled a checkup/cleaning and only received a checkup then was told my next appointment would be a cleaning and fillings however they’ve managed to place me in to 2 different filling appointments and another for cleaning? Never have I ever had to deal with a place doing this also my teeth feel like sand paper after getting a few fillings done! Seriously not ok.

I called Bright Now Dental and made an appointment for an assessment including x-rays. I was told by the dentist, who never introduced himself, that he wasn't happy with five fillings and that he would need to do a deep cleaning and replace five fillings that were fine as far as I know. After the assessment they send you to the financial representative to discuss financing. She said that it would cost $873.00 and that I could apply for a credit card with 0% interest for 12 months. They don’t keep their appointment times. They are overbooked and rushed. Sloppy work and not very gentle.

the visit my step son had was horrible. a night mare. they did not administer the required 2x anesthesia. held him down by atleast 3 people while him screaming in pain to extract 2 wisdom teeth that needed surgery to extract. he said he felt everything! they minimized their actions took them 15 minutes to apologize not even directly to him. the dr admitted he was in and out of sedation and that it was normal for him to cry. no apologies from the dr. only the alleged managing supervisor .
