Overall Bright Now is a great place to receive dental care. The staff is very friendly and caring. However I did have one situation with Dr Hamimi(spelling), I went in to get my night adjusted when he suddenly became annoyed and snatched the night guard out of my hand. I don’t feel comfortable with anyone snatching something from my hand.

This is a corporate dental chain that only cares about money. They provide crappy work and expect to get up sold on everything.

The orthodontist is great. The reception staff has always been rude and it feels like a burden to them. The dentist is also very unprofessional! She has personal conversations with her assistant, and we have to sit there and listen!

Very rough, painful treatment with the hygienist when just examining and cleaning. I regularly floss, brush, prior dentist of five years comments I have good Healy gums but was made to and not given a choice to have the deep cleaning when I asked if I could just have a normal cleaning they said no, they tried to bill and give other treatments such as antibiotics that I don’t need. Went to have just a cavity filled at the sandusky location, after hearing mostly good stories about this place, they numbed me, left for 20 mins come back and wanted to go at it with drilling, I told them my mouth wasn’t numb at all anymore, they didn’t give the numbing gel enough time to sit both times before giving me the shot, so it hurt like hell! A few months ago I drove 40 miles in the snow for my appointment on my way there they canceled to compensate me they compt my next visit which was yesterday and they double booked me I arranged for daycare took the day off and drove 40 miles again for nothing I’ve been a patient of bright now for years and been to many of their locations but Beaverton location cannot get their stuff together

I usually like Bright Now Dental. My last visit left me a bad taste in my mouth because I was not informed that the fluoride treatment would cost $40 until after, so I was forced to pay for something that I didn’t know I was going to have to pay for and I was told I couldn’t be billed for it even though they say you can be.
