Low to absolutely No people skills, not really a friendly atmosphere, as the staff is pushy,condescending, and poor follow up skills. Wrong information was given to me...non-professionals. Even had a hygienist cancel on me last minute, and diagnosed me for something that was NEVER explained to me as an emergency, it was down played as non-emergency, so they seemingly the business would profit from it, by keeping me coming back for lack of preventative treatment. After them calling me and having to reschedule a simple teeth cleaning THREE times, I go to my appointment today and the place is closed! 4 messages confirming my appointment and there’s not even a soul here! Just a huge waste of time!

After calling my dental insurance company today to file a quality of service complaint (again) I found out that there are 3 dental offices in Seattle who take my insurance. After the insanity that is dealing with my current office, either one has got to be better. This place is worst place ! always over schedule and wait for hours after your appointment time ,people walk out all the time .done the root canal and crown here and the crown fall off 2 in less than 1 year ! even is litter cheaper but no a good dentist after all .

The appointment (only for cleaning)was at 1, we arrived 20 minutes early and the took hours, they see like 4 people at the same time, a simple appointment turn in a 3.5 hours. No respect for other people time.
I went in for wisdom teeth extraction. I checked in at 8:50am and did not have my consultation until 12pm! I was initially going in with local anesthesia in mind, but after being told the shots would be painful, I decided to ask for general anesthesia. At that point another hour had passed. they are horrible people at the Sandusky Ohio location. I just got told that I was refused treatment because of a review I wrote on Google that they had asked for me to write. yes my review was bad because the surgeon that I had to extract my teeth was very inconsiderate of what I was telling him he decided to go ahead with the procedure when my mouth wasn't numbed and he continued to pull my teeth while I was crying and in pain I ended up pushing his hand out of my mouth because he would not stop and during that I said the ... read more
My father has been having an going issue with this office for close to 2 years now. There is no communication.He has been told multiple times he would recieve a call from the office manager .Still at this time there has been no return call .Ladies at the front desk have a different story every time he goes in . There is complete lack of professionalism.
