Been here twice for a simple cleaning. I was told they were not running behind even after 25 minutes after our appointment with 3 people still in front of us. The dr put no notes on exam from 2 weeka ago so they want to redue that and waste more of our time. Last time we left after a hour and half with no cleaning still done. Left today without cleaning because they were so far behind (they open at 9 and were over an hour behind by 10 make that make sense). Money hungry company trying to cram in as many patients as possible!

At first I loved this dentist, but then after my bridge was seated the dentist all of a sudden had “no time today” to finish adjusting my bite. Mind you I went in a second time to get the adjustment fixed and sill was rushed and not allowed to sit up to make sure everything fit correctly. Needless to say I am now at another dentist office to finally get my bite correct...really disappointed and frustrated!

This business is holding money to the amount of $1100.00 to my mother that they needed for dental work. My mother needed to see a specialist. when the specialist found out about my mother's medical history he would not do the procedure. Ok then return the $1100.00 so I can take it to a new dentist. Ohh yeah that a problem mam you have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for that. It's at our corporate office. WHAT???√×¥°€°¥¶×¥[€¥✓© effin crooks. That is a complete sham. What a bunch of crooks..

Overall Bright Now is a great place to receive dental care. The staff is very friendly and caring. However I did have one situation with Dr Hamimi(spelling), I went in to get my night adjusted when he suddenly became annoyed and snatched the night guard out of my hand. I don’t feel comfortable with anyone snatching something from my hand.

This is a corporate dental chain that only cares about money. They provide crappy work and expect to get up sold on everything.

The orthodontist is great. The reception staff has always been rude and it feels like a burden to them. The dentist is also very unprofessional! She has personal conversations with her assistant, and we have to sit there and listen!

Very rough, painful treatment with the hygienist when just examining and cleaning. I regularly floss, brush, prior dentist of five years comments I have good Healy gums but was made to and not given a choice to have the deep cleaning when I asked if I could just have a normal cleaning they said no, they tried to bill and give other treatments such as antibiotics that I don’t need.
