The lack of customer service, after removing my son's wisdom teeth without proper anesthesia and show some compassion to the pain he was in all they would do was give excuses of how right they had been and that my son just didn't know what he was saying. I will never be taking him there again nor will I be going there either. And as far as recommendation to this place never go there the people in front are helpful but the people in the back are rude and unprofessional.

Originally I went here to extract wisdom teeth. Then I decided to check if they had Invisalign- I called right before they closed because I also 8a-5p so it’s hard... anyway they tell me they don’t do Invisalign. I went and found another office that does and for a the better part of two months they wouldn’t give that office the referral they needed to work on me. RecommendedRECOMMEND TO NEVER GO HERE!!! Waited 18 months for 12 month Invisalign due to inadequate office staff and ordering errors. Also had to have partials remade 3 times due to office error. Not to mention SEVERAL reschedules due to them over booking. However, below was "the straw that broke the camels back. April 2021 had teeth cleaned, inquired as to when I would have an exam again as hadn't had one for over a year due to COVID. They scheduled me for next cleaning WITH exam for October 2021. Dr was so going to send a prescriptions to pharmacy and didn’t. Had to call them with follow up. I did like the dentist though and the staff.

Specific for the location at 101 & Cave Creek. Doctors McDonald and Griffiths are great but certainly different techniques that are concerning. One technician, I’ll never let her touch me again. RecommendedBeware! The dentist and staff are professional and friendly and courteous. However, when I asked the hygienist if a procedure was covered by my insurance she said she would check. The hygienist left the room for a few minutes and came back and told me that the procedure was covered. I gave the hygienist permission to proceed with the procedure. Crooks. Get 2nd opinions on dental work they say you beed. Trust your gut!
They told us my husband could get his exam and cleaning same day. He took time off work for this. We get there and they say no just the exam. Were told the appointment line always tells people that but it’s not true. What a waste of his time

Worst worst service ever I would never recommend anyone going here if you needs a crown done! My so. Chipped his front tooth 5/4/19 we got appointment to look at it 5/6 they looked at it told us to come back following Monday 5/13. We showed up and nothing they were “over scheduled” and they won’t have time to go to lunch so they made us wait 2hrs before someone told us to come back again the following Monday 5/20.
