They texted me asking for a review so here it is. Set my appointment after my exam to have my wisdom teeth removed. Took a day off work. Had someone else take a day off work because they said I need someone with me. Went in and they said sign this for your exam. I said no I already had a exam done. Well apparently they couldn’t manage to get the facts together between offices. Where do I start? The front office staff is rude and dismissive. The wait time for a scheduled appointment is way too long. Very unprofessional office. Too many choices out there to go to this office. Please choose another

Appointments are never on time. I’m the very first appointment of the day (8am) and I didn’t get seen until 8:15. This isn’t the first time it’s happened or I wouldn’t complain. Everyone is friendly and nice but I value my time.

Dentists and ortho docs pretty good, but staff is not all-together. I had to have a tooth surgically removed. So the staff said they made an appointment for the next day in a different town. When i arrived the next day, their staff did not see it in their system nor had my information forwarded. They still ended up seeing me since it was an emergency extraction, but i had to wait 4 1/2 hours before even out of the lobby. I had a similar experience 3 months prior. Beware Corporate Dentistry ! They always are trying to UP CHARGE you, even when you don't want it. I went in for my 6 month cleaning March 29th at 7:00 am. I was NOT on guard for add on charges. When Rochell presented me with a printout of today's charges I did not think anything about it. and just signed the agreement form. Rochelle then asked me if I wanted to pay before or after the cleaning. I paid beforehand and got a receipt and put it in my pocket. Did not feel as though they cared about me as a patient. Wasn’t able to get any cleaning done due to the hygienist calling out the last minute. Didn’t see the point of only going for x-rays.
