I had a 10:30 appointment today as a new patient. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early so I arrived at 10:15 with the new patient paperwork completed. I did not get called back until 12:00. After 45 minutes of waiting, I had asked the receptionist how much longer I should expect to wait and was told that I would be next but ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes. So far I haven't had a big problem. The dentist & the lab need to get on 1 page though. I would never go 2 Western Dental again. That's for sure
Had an appointment at 11:30.. showed up at 11:20 with my paperwork all filled out.. was told there were 4 people ahead of me and that the wait would be 2+ hours? What’s the point of scheduling an appointment?

I made the appointment over the phone, giving my insurance plan. Everything was great, they even called back and made my appointment for surgery the same day. . Get there and the receptionist (Johnson) wants to talk to me and the WHOLE waiting area. My insurance is no longer acceptable, and I would have to pay cash up front to be seen. . I left with EVERYONE in the waiting area knowing why. The receptionist evidently has never heard of the HIPPA law.
