(Longmont, CO) The dentist was nice, but the front staff here is by far the rudest, most unprofessional I've ever seen. They laughed at my daughter the whole time she was in there and told her she could die from a simple procedure. I made a payment and my daughter didn't even end up getting the procedure done they had frightened her so much. I asked for my money back and was told they would send a check which I still haven't received 19 days later. Would not recommend to anyone. There are way better offices out there. Update... read more
Wait time. They also scheduled an appointment for my sons braces and I took the day off to be told I never had an appointment and my insurance wasn’t covered for braces. Worst experience ever

Bright now dental you have manage to screw our lifes up again. Three weeks ago my husband was suppose to have deep cleanings, teeth pulled and partial plate put in. Due to their lack of communication skills,taking care of their patients and just being professional. Bright now dental dropped the ball on everything. I was told at the front desk it was the law that after my year of dental work it was a law I had to have Xrays.Found this not to be true it is the patient opinion to have more Xrays.I went in for a teeth cleaning.The nurse said they do xrays to see how your teeth are doing.For the girl to state it is the law is an untruth.
