I made the appointment over the phone, giving my insurance plan. Everything was great, they even called back and made my appointment for surgery the same day. . Get there and the receptionist (Johnson) wants to talk to me and the WHOLE waiting area. My insurance is no longer acceptable, and I would have to pay cash up front to be seen. . I left with EVERYONE in the waiting area knowing why. The receptionist evidently has never heard of the HIPPA law.

New patient, first time using Bright Now, terrible service. Had an appt waited 40 mins no DR. Asked what is the purpose of making an appointment if your not going to be seen, answer wait another 15mins.. Not acceptable! People do work in Florida and my time is important!

Look, I know that it’s a place people go when they are low on funds, or have no insurance. That doesn’t give the receptionists the right to act like they make minimum wage. Start by hiring people without sticks up their butts. I went in as a first patient visit, so I got the low price of $30. I knew it wasn’t going to be anything magical. Billing for services or products provided which are not medically necessary, billing for services or products that are not provided, billing for a higher level of service than is warranted (“upcoding”).
