Been trying to reach someone since Saturday. My daughter is in severe pain and their phones won't work today, but the emergency number we tried calling said there's no one on call so what's the point in having an emergency number? She needs help now. What is wrong with you heartless people??????

I am a patient of Bright Now Dental for years and the staff and the doctor's are very nice and knowledgeable I am very pleased Thank You

Went in for a new patient appointment Andy cleaning. I was questioned for not removing by orthodontic appliances before my appointment, my orthodontist was accused of not showing any care for my teeth because I waited so long to see a dentist, was given false readings on my X-rays, the dentist refused to do a cleaning until my wires were taken off because they claim that is impossible to do one with them on (which is not true at all, the cleaning are just not as thorough)

I liked Dr Jay and Tammy at the front desk, but Im giving 2 stars because they do not understand how Cobra insurance works. I paid the higher price and was told they would bill my insurance then refund the difference. Its been 2 weeks and my insurance still hasnt been billed.

This dentist office is a joke! First, your journey starts out walking through the northgate mall, obviously the top half of a strip club was taken, so these people chose the second tackiest place in the world to have a medical office! Next, they have 0 communication between staff, so be prepared to do your dental assistant's job and inform your dds about your requests! Andrea from the Indio, Ca location is extremely rude and unprofessional. She answers as if she has customer experience but cuts you off when you explain what you need. Has attitude and just goes "mmhmm" when you say thank you and doesn't even say thank you for calling. If she's miserable with her job don't let customers have to take that!
