Since I moved to Green Valley from Los Angeles, I went through dentists quicker than hawks eat mice around here! Until, I stumbled upon Bright Now Dental--my new dental home. I've been a happy patient for over 2 years. Sometimes you might have to wait 10-15 minutes, because patients are their #1 concern. Just yesterday, I had to visit Dr. Russell Duke, my dentist here. My daughters are patients in thee ortho Dept. Since being there twice have they both complained about the Dr.’s being too rough!! I believe the Dr.’s who are being too rough should imagine it’s their own children that they’re working on!!
My husband had a terrible experience with them. He had an appointment not once but twice to have a cleaning,teeth removed and a partial plate put in.It all started from canceled appointments on their part too not being able to take a proper mold to losing a temporary particular. Nothing like taking a week's vacation to go to the dentist , wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes then being told they can't find the pratial. Needless to say no work was done! It's not Brite Now that's so bad, it's their surgeon. I have never ran into a more arrogant man in my life. He does not know what he is doing or why. The first time he cut my gums up he didnt do it right. I had to go back and get my gums cut open again and he didnt even know why I was there. I had to explain what my dentist wanted him to do. Always had a good experience until today. Not happy at all. I called at 1:30 to ask for yet another prescription of antibiotics for an infected root canal bright now dental did like 5 years back. I go see the specialist about it first of July. At 3:40 I was called and told script would be called in to Walmart. I called Walmart and med is very expensive so I call bright now ASAP and ask if they could just call it into to Kaiser for me.
