New patient, first time using Bright Now, terrible service. Had an appt waited 40 mins no DR. Asked what is the purpose of making an appointment if your not going to be seen, answer wait another 15mins.. Not acceptable! People do work in Florida and my time is important!

Look, I know that it’s a place people go when they are low on funds, or have no insurance. That doesn’t give the receptionists the right to act like they make minimum wage. Start by hiring people without sticks up their butts. I went in as a first patient visit, so I got the low price of $30. I knew it wasn’t going to be anything magical. Billing for services or products provided which are not medically necessary, billing for services or products that are not provided, billing for a higher level of service than is warranted (“upcoding”). I too, am a victim of the malpractice taking place at Bright Now! Worst dental experience ever! Apparently the hygienist was not there to clean my teeth so the doctor, Dr. Jing Lee did it. He spent about 5 minutes scraping the hell out of my teeth causing so much pain and making my gums bleed so badly. The entire time he was doing it, it felt like he was taking frustration out on me like he was irritated that I asked for my cleaning and he had to be the one to do it. 5 MINUTES! My insurance switched me to bright now from another dentist due to former dentist no longer accepting insurance. I had just had full exam from previous doctor who indicted that I only needed filings. I went to bright now and the dentist said I needed extractions. I was like WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUS? It seems this place is a money hog.
