TERRIBLE!!!!! These are the worst human beings. My husband and I are returning customers (would only be the 2nd return) right now he is in excruciating pain so I'm trying to get a hold of our dentist I talked to some miserable person who asked me to hold. So I waited 30 minutes listening to their terrible glitchy hold recording, ended up hanging up. So I call back and I get the "does not exist" dial tone after listing to the menu. Had a scheduled appointment, arrived 10 minutes early to do paperwork. Waited an hour and twenty minutes past my appointment time and then when I asked how much longer I'd have to wait they were impatient with me. Had a panoramic xray done and the doctor looked at them and said "sorry, we can't do anything until you get your TMJ under control and you insurance doesn't pay for that kind of doctor, have you tried cannabis" I seriously doubt I'll ever go back even if my TMJ miraculously feels better on its own.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Been coming here for years! They work with your schedule the best they can! Love this place!
Sent my husbandin with an abscess they pulled his tooth the dentist pointed out the infection then they sent him out with no antibiotics or pain medications. What a crock. It was hard enough getting him in for them to treat us like this. I guess they didn't get a good history or they would have known that infection was there for over a week. Great job.

I would recommend Bright Now Dental to everyone I know, the customer service is excellent. The Dentist are top notch and won't stop until you're satisfied with the service you came in for. ☆☆☆☆☆
Very rude receptionist at this location. Brought my daughter in for a retainer recheck and sat for 40 minutes before we asked about the time. She then told me I needed to update paperwork. When I asked why I wasn’t given the paperwork when I first came in she rudely told me she’s not Ortho so it wasn’t her problem. I then told her she didn’t need to be so rude. Then I let the Ortho know.
