I took my son to the Puyallup office, a week prior to his appointment. We received an estimate and signed a contract a week later to proceed with his braces. My son was literally, in the chair, almost finished getting his braces applied, when they called me to the front desk to claim they made an error on his contract and wanted me to throw away my contract and sign a new one. RecommendedI hate going to the dentist.
If I could rate this dental office a zero I would. Went in a couple weeks ago to get my teeth cleaned. Later found out that my wisdom tooth was impacted from my own mother. Went back to talk to the dentist who happened to have known that my wisdom tooth was impacted and needed to be pulled but didn’t say anything to me the first time. Luckily my mom pressed the issue, otherwise I wouldn’t of known anything was extremely wrong. How disappointing! My husband and i finally made dental appointments at the Salmon Creek Bright Now! Office. Weve had this planned for several weeks now, filled out all the paperwork to have ready, had multiple text messages welcoming us and reminding us of our appointment - which i confirmed each time. On our way to the appointment, i get a text and a phone call that the office is closed. What?! No other explanation. Then ask if we want to reschedule. Why would i want to do that? Just a little annoyed right now!

Come on people be honest They leave you on hold for #1 It takes all day just to get one thing done #2 I was left on a chair from 9am to 6pm just to tell me that there was only one doctor and they had a emergency surgery.. I can go on & on but see for yourselves Good luck

I was there at Bright now Dental at beldon villege mall 2 days ago and had fillings done they said the filling would be ok and fine after that. Just got done eating chocolate chip cookies and filling fell out 2 days later ���� starting to make me wonder more about this place ? I've only been a new paitent for less than a week ?
