Hygienist and coworker spoke in their language through the whole hour of cleaning very unprofessional.I do love the dentist and office staff but these two need to focus on their jobs and stop talking�

I was also impressed with my first initial visits and was told they couldn’t fill the teeth I needed fixed but insisted I must get crowns on all of them. I trusted them and they said it would be better than the teeth I had then. I didn’t have insurance and took out a loan for $4,000.00 for the cost of the dental work and had it done. After the work was completed they said I needed another crown but missed it- I told them I’m not taking out another loan and told them that the price I paid was supposed to cover ALL the dental ... read more

What a waste of time! I’ve never heard of a dentist that can only extract a tooth every other Wednesday. I’m now at a REAL dentist and they STILL haven’t sent my exrays! How incompetent. They were requested YESTERDAY! They must not realize that their patients may already be in pain. (Don’t tell them about your pain or they will treat you like a drug addict.) SMH. May I recommend Dental Health Experts in Temple Terrace.

All the staff are nice, although the girl in the front office didn't explain that having my teeth cleaned could cost 600.00 +! She told me, after asking, it could be between 149.00--200.00. It has only been about one year since I had a cleaning, so I didn't expect my cleaning would be that bad! I've told others of this cost, their comment was outrageous!! I really am very disappointed! Who can afford 600.00??? I won't be back!

I love Dr Baja , BUT the office staff needs a lot of improvements! I have arrived at my appointment time only to be told I didn’t have a appointment which I did I showed them my appointment card but I still had to go home and come back ! This has happened to me 3 yes 3 times ! That is poor service ! The last time I had a appointment at 10:00 , I called to make sure my crowns were in ( you never know at this place ) and once again I was told I didn’t have a appointment! In severe pain. Said they couldn't do anything. Handed me photocopies of oral surgeons to make appointment for 1 extraction and sent me on my way, still in pain. No compassion No empathy. Only wanted out of pocket money. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
