I had to go back twice to have a faulty filling repaired. The dentist didn’t even wait for the Novocain to kick in before drilling. And then made me feel bad when I got upset. I will never go back.

Atrocious. Rude, mean to me, mean to my son. A dentist that bullies kids. Find another professional. There ain't nothing professional here.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my unfortunate experience. I had an appointment at 1. They took me back late, numbed me up, then two hours later, they came and numbed me up again. About an hour after that, the numbness was wearing off. He asked me if it was still numb, and I said I thought it was starting to wear off, and he pulled my teeth anyway. And I had an abscess. Make sure you call insurance before any procedures. Don't trust what the dentist or office staff say! The front desk staff told me they check insurance before any procedures are done and so the patient knows what the patient's responsibility is. They said that my portion of the bill was $0.00. So I signed the bottom line. Turns out that they did not call my insurance for pre- authorization for a crown. So, went in last week with a cracked tooth, got a treatment plan, decided to to go with an implant, and at the price in the original treatment plan, which was under 1k each, so yes, and let’s do an implant in my missing molar! Today, meet with the oral surgeon for the consult, goes really well, and he can pull the cracked tooth, and put in both post...really excited for this.. Office manager comes in with the treatment plan, which is $1597 more per implant....excitement is now killed. Overall, I have had great experiences... read more
