I went for exam and cleaning. Refused to do regular cleaning and said I needed deep root cleaning. Search for reviews and found many had the same complaint. And many other complaints about unnecessary work. The one I went to is in Orlando.

Same day emergency appointments my rear end! Called in excruciating pain and was told first emergency appointment is at the end of the week! Very unprofessional and uncaring office staff. Do not recommend!!!

I have been going here for years... Only because they were so good with the kids. Now we have gone an entire year with great dental coverage and they diagnosed my 16yr old with several level 3 cavities without even bothering to do an xray in almost 18 months not because it wasnt covered but because they were too busy to bother... mind you 3 of the cavities were previously filled less than 3yrs ago by them. I will never recommend bright now dental on Bogart road in Sandusky to anyone! Worst experience of my life! Dr was rude, cut my lip and didn't even apologize! No greeting, has the vibe of everyone is just a number, no privacy! I don't know what an underground abortion clinic is like, but if I had to guess it would be like that

I had the worst experience visiting this Dental office today. Never again will I step a foot there �DON'T! I REPEAT, DONT GO THERE..... They're rude, Unprofessional, Disorganized, ect... They don't know what the fuck they're doing, Just a fucking hot mess. �

Spent 30 minutes on the phone to schedule an appointment. Received 3 reminder emails. Get there on time and they have no record of me having an appointment scheduled. Probably because they took someone else that had got there an hour early. Or maybe they didn't like my insurance. Who knows. But you do not know what people go through to get to these appointments and why they are scheduled when they are scheduled. If your system doesn't accurately record information don't use it.
