So, went in last week with a cracked tooth, got a treatment plan, decided to to go with an implant, and at the price in the original treatment plan, which was under 1k each, so yes, and let’s do an implant in my missing molar! Today, meet with the oral surgeon for the consult, goes really well, and he can pull the cracked tooth, and put in both post...really excited for this.. Office manager comes in with the treatment plan, which is $1597 more per implant....excitement is now killed. Overall, I have had great experiences... read more

(North Vernon, Indiana) Went after a car wreck to get teeth fixed. They x-rayed me and referred me to a specialist for root canals, after the specialist finished I was told to go back to Bright Now and get my permanent filling and caps and they refused to work on me unless I paid out of pocket...after already working on me. They wouldn't bill my medpay (car insurance was paying) so I am currently looking for a new dentist with no antibiotics or pain medicine because my treatment wasn't finished by the person to started it.

Took my daughter in with a tooth ache today. Was told that she needed a root canal in her front upper tooth. Then they told me that it would require an oral surgeon to do. They wanted me to wait 2 weeks to even start the work or they could refer me to another surgeon in Bellingham. I really felt like they were wrong, boy I’m glad that I took her somewhere else for a second opinion!!!! She received a better more thorough exam! No root canal needed and they were willing to fit her in and fix the issue on the spot! So much for ... read more

For some reason the only biracial kid in the dentist office had to wait over forty minutes to watch all of the white patients go in front of her. Why is this exactly? Considering she was scheduled ahead of them? Now I’m white and her sisters and brothers are also white. Why do they see the racism here but apparently this dentist office doesn’t?????

I made an appointment to get a cleaning. When I made the appointment I asked if I had to pay anything out of pocket they said no that my insurance would cover it. Once I get to my appointment they tell me I have to pay a deductible of 2,000 something dollars which they never mentioned before. Very unprofessional they called me a day before to remind me of the appointment they failed to mention that information. I am not made out of money and if I would have known I wouldn't of wasted my time. I'd rather go to TJ like everyon... read more

I had a horrible experience! My insurance paid $2000 And I paid $800 for a set of dentures that are horrible. They are way off center and EVERYONE notices but the dentist...his comment was it's not noticeable!!! Yea it is when the center is a whole tooth off. And that's not to mention the lowers that slice me up like chewing on razor blades...and his answer to it was put them in and you will get use to them... I tried but after 10 minutes I had 7 cuts in my mouth!!! So my advice t is to go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! YOU WOUL... read more
