I have been terrified of the dentist since a child and have neglected my teeth until the pain became too much. Went in, discovered I need 4 root canals and they referred me to a specialist- all well and good. But I will not be seen for a full month- which I can understand, however it feels like someone is ripping my ear off and the pain is unbearable. My insurance and primary care physician all said the dentist should be able to prescribe me something as tylenol and motrin do little. Thanks for treating me like I am some kin... read more

They called twice in two weeks to reschedule appointments for both my daughter and myself. The first time no dentist available after arriving to scheduled appointment, second time the dentist called off. We were out the door heading to appointment when they called wanting to reschedule again. Move on you don't want to waste your time. I've wasted two days with this failure of a location! Let this be a warning and I hope you don't waste your time either! (They don't even deserve the one star)

Now i understand why this place have 2 stars...have to leave in the middle of my appointment. ABSOLUTELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNWELCOMING STUFF. Should read reviews before I went there. Respect yourself and don't even call this place. Even it was so easy to schedule the appointment here (in the same day). Probably because nobody wants to be in this place and all patients leaving for a professional and nice place.

My husband came and they gave one price then it changed to another. The bill was double then what it was mentioned. He had a follow up and the priced changed again. He left with a major super big bill then a few months later past he gets an invoice and he has to pay even more. Like really. Not coming here any more. I feel they just create prices as they go. Dont get me the facility is clean but not organized with prices.

first id like to point out im a father of four , im 47 years old and married 18 years so i consider myself a calm respectful adult and citizen , so you can imagine my shock after the experience im about to discribe i woke up 12-20-17 with a cracked tooth in incredible pain like ive never felt , i explained this over the phone and was given a 2pm appointment i arrived at 1:45 and was seated at 2:30? once seated i waited until 3:15 before i was approached about my situation , after a consultation i was told we will remove the... read more

My experience was similar to other reviewers I have read on Yelp regarding the aggressive "upselling" technique by this office. After being rescheduled twice, I finally had my dentist appointment this morning. My appointment was for only a routine cleaning. After the dentist looked at my teeth, he told me I would need a "deep cleaning" procedure. (Of course, this procedure is much more expensive than a routine cleaning).
