The worst dental office ever , i did my teeth at bright now dental a year ago and i have been suffering since then because my fillings are high and the doctor failed to fix them worst experience i have ever had .. advice do not go to this place..
I went there today as a new patient for a 3 p.m. appointment with a Dr. Fahreen Pardhan. Couldn't tell you if she did a good job because I NEVER SAW HER. I got there at 2:45p.m. with my new patient paperwork in hand then sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. Soon, the 3:30p.m. appointments were being called back. By 3:45 I looked at reception and she check and said I was next. By 4:10 the 4:00 appts were being called back. By 4:20 I got up, told reception to cancel my appointment and I better not be billed. My only frustration was, I came in for an emergency appointment for a horrible tooth and jaw pain. I told the dentist I have been taking 800mg of Ibuprofen and I was still in a lot of pain and nothing was working. At the end Of my appointment he prescribes me 600mg Of Ibuprofen..? So I mentioned again how I have already been taking ibuprofen so they add a antibiotic for me to take and said it should help the pain in a few days.. that doesn’t help me at the moment.. they never mentioned during my exam that I had an infection ... read more
When i make it a point to leave my job in time to make it to my daughters ortho appt only to find out upon arrival that they are running 15-20 minutes late (which is now 40 minutes) i am not happy. If i showed up 40 minutes late would they still accept me? Not happy. #respectmytime #petpeeve #rudereceptionists

I had a very bad experience there today. It started with waiting an hour and a half past my appointment time to be seen. After the dentist examined me he said I needed a crown replaced that they had replaced three and a half years ago. Prior to that the crown was on my tooth for 27 years but when I became a new patient they said it needed to be replaced and would last a lifetime. He said something about a space in it and that the dentist at their practice that did it use the wrong composite? That dentist is no longer there. ... read more
