I called to make an appointment a week in advance they ask for all my membership ID my coverage every number possible on my cards I get to my appointment and they call to verify my eligibility then. But because it's now after hours because they're open till 7pm they will not see my kids don't you think they should have confirmed it when they got my information??? not after hours since the office is open till 7 but the insurance closes at 5. Very unprofessional!!!

Was not acknowledged after sitting there for 30 minutes. A woman that came in 20 minutes after me went right in and another gentleman was given paperwork to review upon arriving. But I did learn how one of the secretaries had to down size in freezer space and how frustrating that was.

This place is a nightmare! The waiting room is often crowded with people who have either been waiting long past an appt time or merely to get their checkout paperwork so they can leave.

Worst place EVER. Got a tooth pulled 2 weeks ago.. my mouth is in so much pain my ear hurts my neck hurts... I get there the idiot dentist is behind and rude! He tells me it’s NORMAL ... I didn’t know it was normal to have pieces of tooth coming out of an area where it was pulled I didn’t know it was normal to be in soooo much pain two weeks later.. so he tries to prescribe me mouth wash.... by the end of my wasted time there he did nothing for me and told me I needed to see a diff dentist!!!
