Not professional. My girlfriend and I came here for her to get her wisdom teeth out. She wasn’t given the option for gas till the day of her appointment when she asked about it but was told it was too late now. So they gave her multiple shots in her mouth which was in pain to begin with, the dentist then looked at her dental assistant and rolled her eyes because my girlfriend was moaning in pain while receiving the shots. These people just don’t care about you they care about your money.

This place is a joke. They schedule you an appt for 1, but don't call you back till 2. But good forbid if you're late.

I was a patient from the Issaquah branch office for more than 8 years. I called canceling an appointment less than 48 hours because I was sick and didn't want to spread my bug around and they are charging me $100 for canceling less than 48 hours. They blame it was the second time I canceled an appointment less than 48 hours what is not true. Shame on you bright dental to lose a long term patient because you can give exceptions.

2-21-2019........And as of today it still was not made right and the state dental board did not make them make it right.....Bright now Dental in Lorain, what can I say after 1surgeon 2dentists and they wanted me to go to a 3rd, over $10k later and an over bite on top and buck teeth on bottom plates. I can not even eat or lick my lips without almost losing my bottom plate. I should have known better when the first dentist quit, not to proceed. I did and now they say there is nothing more they can do for me. Not true they sure... read more

Worst dental experience in our lives, hands down. *This* is what you get with under-regulated, for-profit healthcare. Over a YEAR now to have a SINGLE TOOTH implant completed, and my wife, an MS sufferer who does NOT have time to waste with *dental work*, is still having trouble EATING SOLID FOOD because your doctors apparently don't work well as a team and cannot cooperate on implant hardware??
