We had a semi-annual check and preventive maintenance. Jose was great. He was polite, professional, and followed up on an issue he found during a prior service call. I'm glad he was assigned to our service call.
Mark Weber serviced my heating system yesterday and did an incredible job. He took the time to explain what was checked and showed me pictures that he took of my system. I was made aware of installation issues from a prior company which will needed to be fixed. Very glad I now use Brower Mechanical.
Travis from Brower Mechanical came out to perform a regular service maintenance on our HVAC system. We have a service contract that covers a heating check up and an A/C checkup. Their service is always very good. Travis explained what service was performed and did a great job of cleaning up. I have good confidence in Brower and Travis.
my Technician Ruben was very helpful and explained why the thermostat was not reading the hvac . he fixed the problem and my system is working. thank you

Sonny came to check a problem with our brand new HVAC. He diagnosed the problem right away and ordered the part. He was on time and extremely courteous. Took pictures and explained everything.

Travis came out to help me with my heater. Turned out sensor was not in place. A quick fix. He was punctual, and efficient. Also appreciated him putting on booties to prevent tracking dirt into my house. Thanks for responding ASAP.

our heater and thermostat started acting up, so our technician Sonny came out reset everything stayed and made sure everything was working properly. If you need a technician call and request Sonny. He's the best and hell make sure everything's working before he leaves.

Sonny showed up right on schedule and was super !! Even helped by checking my carbon monoxide detector. Made sure the filter I have is the correct one for the next change, wrote on the box size and date to replace. He was patient with my kitten that followed him right up the ladder ! Not to mention he did not fall through the ceiling! Hooray ! my house has a bit of bad luck with that! Sonny was fantastic ! Thank you !!
