Just had my semi-annual inspection with Ryan from Brower Mechanical. He called before he arrived to Let me know he's on his way, he's very friendly, very respectful and smiling. He first asked me if I have any concerns or questions then he goes about his business checking out the furnace, the air conditioner, and all the vents -does a very thorough job and then explains everything's fine and Shows me the paperwork. Before he leaves, he make sure I have no questions. Highly recommend Brower Mechanical.

Brower, and specifically Chris A, have done a great job maintaining our 2 geothermal units for over 20 years, and through at least 3 owners. On top of that, Chris just fixed a leak that developed over the last couple months. If you have geothermal, I strongly warn against using anyone that doesn't have specific technicians for them, because we failed with a few that claimed they could work on WaterFurnace units (when Brower wasn't available), and they didn't even know what and where the pieces of the system are involved

AC stopped working on August 1st as notified by smart thermostat while I was out of town to return on August 4th where temp outside exceeded 100° every day during the interim and over 90° inside the house. I called Brower at the Sacramento airport early in the morning on August 4th and they moved around some non-urgent service calls so that someone could take a look the same day.
