Service person Nick Porter was Very Professional. Fixed the unit quickly. Very polite. Great service, very clean.
We have used Brower Mechanical for decades. Most recently they installed a heat pump on our primary residence and a heat pump water heater at a rental property. We have their Signature Plan maintenance program for these two locations. On an annual routine maintenance for our rental property A/C unit. There was some question about a possible system leak of refrigerant. Nick performed an extensive series of leak tests and found none leaks. Sonny was amazing!!! He didn't know this but I just went through cancer and due to surgery am new to awful hot flashes. My air Conditioners went out.... Right at the start of Sacramento summer and only a few weeks after my surgery.... Ahhhhh am I right?!?.... my house felt 10000 degree. Sonny was still working at 9pm.
