Travis was great, knew exactly what needed to be done and did it in a timely fashion. We have a new thermostat, he took the time to explain how everything worked and explained how the scheduling on the thermostat worked. Which I greatly appreciated. Thanks so much Travis!

We began experiencing a wonky glitch in our HVAC system. I called to schedule a technician to come out and diagnose it, and Ryan showed up. He's professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable and informative! He gave me a few great troubleshooting tips, and I could tell that he is trying to get us back on the right path and save us money. I had excellent service from Jose A. It was regular maintenance service. I appreciate the way my questions were answered and suggested options. Great customer service from front desk to service technicians.
I called for service at 9 o'clock in the morning. Travis Harris was out here by 10 o'clock. I had heat before 10:30. Travis was very polite very professional. I could not recommend this company more.

Travis showed up to check my condenser that was dripping. When he called to say he was on his way I thought he was the guy coming to quote a new system so I didn't think twice until he knocked on my door and then I realized that I no longer needed his services because another technician had come out at the request of my roofing contractor. All I can say is Travis was very nice and respectful and I will definitely keep Brower in mind for any future need or troubleshooting because they got someone out here quickly.

i had shoulder surgery recently. I thought I could slip the replacement filter into the vent. It was too tight for me to do. Brower sent Peter out today to take care of it. .

I called Brower Mechanical, this morning to establish a customer membership. I talked with Sarah Lind who was very informative, courteous and pleasant. Sarah answered all of my questions without hesitation. I have estimates that I want to prioritize so she will be requesting that Jose Arreola, will contact me. Jose did the initial maintenance and inspection work outstanding well. Great job!

I contacted Brower Mechanical, via Yelp, to inquire about maintenance of my gas heater located in the garage. Courtney handled my request efficiently, rapidly and most courteously. I selected an appointment the next afternoon between noon and 4 p.m. (Friday). About 3:30, I received a call from my technician, Jose Arreola advising me he would be arriving within a half hour. Mark was thorough and professional. he explained everything to me and did not try to upsell me. He was claimed each issue and the importance or lack of a need for repair in the short term and/or long term.
