Brower Mechanical has taken over our previous Heating/AC service from Southern Comfort. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of our technician John. He was here 3 hours. He went over everything in great detail, identified problems, which we repaired to lengthen the life of our unit, and made several valuable recommendations. We are starting an annual service contract to make sure our equipment stays in good shape. Highly recommend them.
Our 24+ year old HVAC equipment stopped blowing cold air yesterday and we contacted Brower Mechanical. They sent rep Jose A. bright and early the next day. We were very happy with Jose and with the cost of repairing our old equipment we decided to upgrade with a new more efficient system. And to top of off they can install it tomorrow. Mark at Brower Mechanical has consistently been the best technician. His kindness, gentle approach, and listening skills are so appreciated. I’ve been with Brower for years and have never seen their level of hiring in any trade or service business. The final and best test for me is that my Akita loves him and knows he’s a good guy. My dog questions everyone. But Mark gets a pass every time.
