We arrived before the lunch crowd got real buay and were seated by the hostess but waited over 10 minutes for someone to come over and take our drink order. By this time, they were very busy and people were getting service before us. Food was just okay. Beer was fabulous.

Our waitress disappeared for at least 15 minutes. Our drinks took 10 minutes. Our salad came with no dressing.

I am a frequent Bru Burger customer. Yesterday seemed to be an anomaly, but it wasn’t a great visit. It took over 10 minutes to get someone to acknowledge the 6+ group line at the hostess stand. When sat at our high top bar table, the restaurant was very hot - my party sweat the entire meal. Our server was inattentive - she told us the restaurant was understaffed for the day. We made a reservation for 4:30, but arrived a little after 4. We were told we’d need to wait until our reservation time, while walk ins were seated before us. When I questioned that the hostess said we should make our reservation earlier and then just be late for it. The attitude was offputting. The manager got us seated but he felt he needed to remind us we were early. I didn’t mind waiting, but I didn’t appreciate walk ins being seated before us. It was a very unwelcoming experience.

The food was not what I would consider a great value. The fries were overcooked, the onion rings were great. My Patty melt sandwich was very ordinary for $16.00

They do not have enough help. It took a half an hour just to get water. Drinks and food were very slow coming out.
