Horrible service. Ten minutes before they even came to our table. Messed up my wife’s order - she got a burger with pickles bacon and mayo (it came with just a patty no pickles mayo or bacon) but we couldn’t even find our waiter to get it fixed. The only other time he came to our table was to give us the check and that was almost 45 minutes later.
I was disappointed this time. Ordered my salad with grilled shrimp. The salad had too much dressing but the shrimp were so overcooked they were chewy and tiny from being overcooked. Someone needs to be taught how to cook them. I sauté for no more than 4 minutes. We also had to wait 5 minutes for a hostess to appear when we first arrived.
We arrived on time and even though the only availability on Open Table was high top, there were plenty of tables outside, so I requested to be seated outside, and we were. After we were seated there for a few minutes our server came and gave us a menu and took our drink order. When she came back she dropped off our drinks, never said do you want an appetizer or are you ready to order. We had the worst service. 1 hour to get our food. We had 10 minutes to eat it and the fries were missing so we had that removed from the bill. No condiments were received as requested with the order. People had come after us and served and left before us
We waited at our table for 15 minutes and finally had to ask for a server to wait on us. Burgers are not served with any sides. French fries were overcooked.

Great burger, but the server was pretty clueless and was embarrassingly unknowledgeable about their beer selection.
Great spot downtown especially if you're going to the Aronoff. They have some good options on the menu. We've been before, not our first time. In the past it's been really good. Last night we were sat at a high top in the bar area. We waited and watched as other tables were seated. Restaurant was cold due to door to outside area being open. They were out of two of the four red wines on the menu. Wine not served at room temperature. Food was good and server did her best.
