This was a Monday afternoon around 1:45. The restaurant was very slow. Maybe 4-5 guests in the whole establishment. The Host was extremely nice seating us but after that the experience went down hill. We waited for our waiter (Ronnie) to come over for at least 5 minutes. When he did waters were dropped off without a word being said and walked away. Came back 5-10 min later, didn’t say hi or how are you. Service started out great but quickly went south after sending back an incorrectly made drink. At the end of the meal the waitress came up behind me reached around and slammed the ticket and my card on the table then disappeared. At no point were we rude in any way towards her. There are a lot of other places with much friendlier staff in the immediate area. Skip this one.

Everything was “fine”: not great, not awful, just fine. I paid $25 for a kids meal and a tiny, overcooked lamb burger. The fries were good and the service was great. But I will not be back anytime soon unless I have no other options downtown (not much is open on Sundays)

Haven't been in a while and the quality of the Portobello sandwich definitely changed. It was always my go to. A nice big Portobello Cap. Now it is just slivers of mushroom pieces. Both of us at the table that had it, thought it had a burnt taste and we would not order in the future.

My wife ordered a lamb burger and a salad. Instead of te salad they brought her a side order of fries. Our guest ordered a burger with tomatoes. They did not bring her the tomatoes that she requested on her sandwich.

Our reservation was at 6. We arrived early due to low traffic and they seated us around 5:30 - there were very few patrons in the restaurant at that time and they were happy to accommodate. However, around 6:15, we felt “rushed” as if we needed to leave early since we arrived early. We had not planned on leaving until sometime after 7, as the show we were attending did not start until 8. The service and food was really good but the place was freezing!!!!!! We had to switch tables from sitting by the front door to the back! It was a little better but still had to eat with our coats on for dinner. How can you enjoy your food when you feel like you eating in a meat locker???
