Had reservations at 6pm, took almost 10 mins to get a sever to start our order. Ordered 2 burgers and 1 side of fries at 625. At 710 we still did not have our food. Had to pay for our drinks and leave to catch a show. Very disappointing.

Our server was awesome, but the burgers were horrible. We ordered a side salad & the plain cheeseburger. Asked how we wanted our burgers to be cooked, we asked for medium - medium well. First time out the burgers were basically raw meat. When I showed the server the burgers, she was so sweet and she had the kitchen re-make our burgers. When she brought out the new burgers, they were still raw. Truly not edible. First time visiting but will not "rush" back in. Very disappointed

The restaurant was freezing. Our brownie dessert was cold and ice cream melted. Our food was good and server was great.

I was disappointed with BRU Burger. A week ago, I made a reservation for 5:45 and my daughter and I arrived exactly on time. The restaurant was not crowded or busy at all. There were empty tables throughout the entire restaurant. We were led to the first table which was close to the door. And it was very cold. My food was greasy and far too salty. The place was noisy. Overall a subpar experience EXCEPT that our server was excellent, prompt and attentive.
I love Bru Burger; in Ft. Mitchell, but the Cincinnati location? At least the day we were there. Our server, Tristan, was unpleasant and made us uncomfortable. The burgers were extremely greasy. Great location & ambience.

We sent our reservations in almost 2 months in advance for a specific table. When we arrived the Manager/Bartender said they don't guarantee tables and it was just too bad. He had a very condescending attitude, not very good to be in a service business. The server was OK doing the best he could but it took 15 minutes to get a glass of wine and forever for our meal just in time to make the show at the Aronoff. We were there almost 1 1/12 hours. We were seated but then waited almost a half hour and no server came to our table. We had tickets to a game so had to leave before being served. They were dramatically understaffed
