WOWO such bad customer service. I have an ADT alarm system that was installed when I moved in by a technician who looked like it was his first day alone....had a sensor fall off within a couple days. Same tech came out and drilled it in this time. Held up for awhile. Then I don't even use the system for 6 months and the front and back door sensors (one was the one he "fixed") both fell off and are now being held with tape!!!! This is the worst company I've dealt with! Customer service NEVER answers the phone. I've called over 10 times and can't get anyone to answer and help me with billing. Initially signed up and everything was to be around $30 monthly and they now charge me $70 monthly for a system that tells me when the front and back door is open. When they come out to your house they will try upselling you more items that you don't even need but insist you have to have these items, everyone that works for Bulldog security is just trying to m... read more

I seriously cannot believe the representative from this company who came to my home, rang the door bell, and when I didn't answer TRIED TO OPEN THE DOOR. He jiggled the door handle as I sat in my livingroom watching, and thankfully keep locked at all times. He then banged on the door again, prompting me to go investigate. I thought maybe my fiance had locked himself out since he wears a similar blue polo to work, so I opened the door and stood on the other side of the glass weather door, which had been opened. I'm terrified after reading all these horrible reviews & wish I'd read them sooner. The installation guy was a nightmare, literally made me so uncomfortable in my own home. After declining $1000 in upgraded security measures, he insulted me, was very rude to me & my grandmother, and basically told me the security I have "is inadequate" & that I am "wasting my money" by not adding on different sensors & detectors etc Moving, being a homeowner, etc. is already so expensive. They lied to my face about costs.. They promised free installation and no extra costs then came by the next day and tried to give me a bill for $1,200.. the salesperson was disrespectful when I declined to pay that then convinced me my fire alarms were inadequate "beepers" and I had no defense against carbon monoxide. He charged me over $600 for him to install new fire alarms and CO detectors. They also promised I would get a discount on homeowners insurance and a tax break which was a lie.
