They practice bait and switch. Listing low prices then after you purchase you get an email that the price was a mistake and it's actually higher. Don't trust them.

When a flight was cancelled by the airline, I had to fight with this company for a refund. The refund they offered was paltry compared to the cost of the ticket originally and even more paltry compared to the price of replacement. Furthermore, this company blamed the airline for this low refund but as it was a European airline, it is well known that strict rules apply. In the end I feel swindled by this company.

What a Joke travel agency I searched for a flight and got a so called special deal, called on the phone to give reference number The agent was telling me that the reference number does not exist. I forwarded the number to him.Now he decided to book again and the price triple within 10 mins I might as well go directly to the airlines for better prices.This company is a joke or they need to fix their computer

-Terrible. I am reporting this group to AMEX and the BBB for charging us $8K without express authorization and charging us $1000 for some kind of flexible ticket and extending our flight to the ****************** knowing that our luggage would go there from our final destination. Many people have had terrible experiences and I claim my money back. ***************************** and *************************

I am currently working with Mason. He had given me several flight options. I chose one and he went through the terms. He wasn't sure if luggage was included and had to find out. Once he was able to determine that most of the legs of the flight included luggage and I was willing to pay for the other legs, I booked the flight. My cc was taken and charged. I was cheated and had a horrible experience.Incomplete information at time of taking the money Tickets cancelled No viable alternates given Full money not being refunded Fighting the case

Business Class ripped me off. They sold me tickets for flights from ********* to ****** and return from ***** to ********* for 7- 20 May. The sale on 4 Dec. went O.K. and received confirmation via e-mail. 10 days later we received an e-mail stating that the airlines had changed the times of our return flight and if it was O. K. we should reply and accept the changes by e-mail. We did as requested and confirmed the e-mail was received. We are very disappointed with Business-Class.com!!! After booking and paying for our tickets, our personal travel agent ******* tricked us into an additional trip protection charge, which is $360 and said it is MANDATORY!!! But then we got an email from the company what stated that we can cancel this trip protection within 24 hours. So we called customer support and asked for cancellation within a few hours.
