On January 4th, I flew from ****** to ******. I dealt with an Agent named *********************. He was probably the worst agent *** ever dealt with. He ended up not booking me a flight until 5 hours before the flight left. FIVE HOURS!!! He was supposed to book it the weekend prior, but kept trying to find a better deal. Ive had a very poor experience. I bought tickets and their flight protection guarantee. When an emergency medical condition caused me to cancel, they refused to give me a refund and havent given me a reason. Ive contacted them many times. Dont do business with them.

I don't believe I have ever written a bad review, however, potential clients need to be aware of what they are about to deal with by using this company. I've always booked my own flights and fly on a monthly basis. I decided I would use Business Class.com to avoid spending time and hopefully save costs on a multicity European Business class trip. I have used them previously many times. Most of the times I have to call and chase someone down for changes and issues. This time it's just been too much. No one responds back after you've already bought your ticket. I had to call them over 10 times this week and had to speak to a different person each time. One time they can transfer you to a supervisor and the next time they say it's not possible and it will be sent for review to see what they can improve. I booked a United ticket in Dec 2021 and got a great price which was at a 30-40% discount on ****** Airlines prices . The agent also sold me insurance for which I paid 300$+, telling me that it would be much easier to change dates with them id necessary and I would still get the great discounted prices.I had to changes my dates and eventually led me to the horrible experience of trying to book tickets again. I have three travel vouchers from Business-Class from 2021 in the amount of about $9000.00 My flying partner has two vouchers for bout $5000.00.
