Absolutely terrible experience. I was trying to purchase business class tickets from them and after providing them with my personal info and credit card information they said this price no longer exists and a new fare was much higher. Typical bait and switch. They do this notoriously because another attempt was done 4 days later on a different route and exact same happen. After the ticket issued, I called the airlines and they informed that my ticket was cancelled by the agency. So, I went to web and rebooked. Then, another agent called me and finally agreed that the first ticket was canceled without reasons and informing me. She was understanding and reissued the second reservation ticket. Appreciated the second agent's service.

This was my worst travel experience in my life and I've been traveling a lot. Don't trust them. They put me on a flight from ******** to ******** on Coach where I had to pay for my luggage and to pay for my seat. I purchased premium economy tickets for my parents but due to my father's health issues, their trip has been cancelled. I have sent a letter from his doctor and all the hospital admissions documents that show my father was admitted to the hospital and was not able to get on the flight. The airline made the full refund after a few days too but it's past two months now and they have not refunded me yet also they are saying that I may choose to get a voucher for the balance or they will refund almost only the %50 of the tickets... read more

I booked my flight online at Air Canada when I ended up missing my flight due to a change in their schedule I couldnt contact anyone to speak to me. I dont know why Air ****** has telephones because it appears they never answer them. I finally ended up having to physically go to the airport and stand at a counter to get somebody to help me, luckily, I live close enough where I was able to do that at the end of the day I paid $3000 for business class and only got a partial flight and business class. Terrible customer service. THEIR WEB portal SCRAMBLED MY NAMES and SURNAMES therefore the airline wouldnt let me check in and I lost my money and I COULDNT FLY. I wouldnt recommend at all. SENT THEM SCREENSHOTS OF THEIR MISTAKES. Still waiting to hear from them. LOST MY MONEY AND FLIGHTS.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Business-class.com is not a quality service company. I have gotten the run around for the last 7 months. I should have booked my tickets directly with the airlines. This ended up costing us another $1,200 going through this company. We booked an international flight from DFW to ******** with a connecting flight through ********.
