Terrible service. Very difficult just to get water refilled. Even asked a manager and he didn't do anything. One of the worst service experiences in my 15 years of living in NY.
Surprisingly disappointing. Service was Slow...artchokes dry and gave up eating them, gluten free pasta with clam sauce was also dry without enough clam sauce. Many a meal here before and after performances at Lincoln Center so was quite surprised by disappointment.
Great for a bite before attending a Lincoln Center event. Beware - wines by the glass are pricey.
Made my reservation at least one week ahead and asked for a booth but when I arrived was told that could not be done, yet, i saw several available. We were seated at a "gun shot table' where we had to shout an attempt at conversation with those we came with and placed in family style dining with strangers who were inches away. It was like the NY subway at rush hour. Lost my appetite while waiting to order but ordered a pasta which I thought might be safe and it was not good, (could have been microwaved - dry and no flavor). ... read more
service was very, very slow...over30 miutes...everything had to be hounded out of them...including the $ 20 which was given to obtain change for a gratuity. This makes it very difficult, esp. given the price of the food, and time needed to get to a show on time...(this is NOT the first time this happened at this restaurant. They need to fix this ASAP. Please share this comment with them

It used to be a great place to go if you had tickets at Lincoln Center. Menu has changed and not for the better. Kitchen SO SLOW we were almost late for our performance. Food mediocre at best. Waiter tried hard and apologetic for abysmal timing. Management completely indifferent. Would NOT go back nor recommend!!!
I have dined here several times and am always very pleased with the food and service. However this time THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL. Our waiter seemed clueless; we waited an hour for our meal. Wine was forgotten. It was really a bad experience and I was so surprised. I called a manager over at one point and he hustled our food to us.
