It was restaurant week, but only when asked did they give the restaurant week menu.
We went to Fiorello's before the theater.I will give the food a 10....I give the ambiance and service a 1.The room was very loud to the point we couldn't hear one another.The service was slow and no one seemed to care.When they served the dessert they neglected to bring out the silverware.I wouldn't go back,not an enjoyable experience
Never had such slow service at Fiorello! It felt like they were short busboys. Food took forever to be delivered, water was not replenished, empty dishes sat on the table for way too long.
Only good if you are looking for dining convenient to Lincoln Center.
Our waiter stood over us waiting for us to take a final bite so he could remove the plates! For an restaurant but particularly one of this caliber, and price range, this was unacceptable.
Service was terrible. Portion size on the tuna in the nicoise salad is cut back way too far for value and the form of preparation is extremely disappointing.
It was okay. The menu looked exciting but execution did not meet expectations. Service was pretty poor.
Wow what a bad experience....so different from our other time there. Obviously no quality control over service, food prep etc etc. ...and the noise was unreal....on a Sunday at 1pm.
